I am a traveling nurse from Texas who was initially promised a 3 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bathroom townhouse through a nursing staffing agency. Instead of providing that unit, they placed me in what I refer to as Crappy Frights, not City Heights. I immediately contacted my travel staffing company to express that I felt unsafe with my 4-year-old child and spouse present. The property has numerous serious issues including non-functional lighting fixtures, excessive congregating with smoking and drinking occurring throughout, unsecured doors allowing unrestricted street access, significant parking complications, persistent pest infestations, and accumulated garbage near the mailbox district that upkeep neglects to remove. My unit's proximity to the basketball court means constant sound disruption. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and I can't in solid conscience recommend Crappy Frights to anyone I know except perhaps those I dislike.

This structure has a Sarnest roach concern, and the common areas are perpetually filthy. Residents regularly abandon food waste and garbage in the corridors without consequence. mgmt fails to address these issues or hold people accountable. The leasing office is the sole exception—it's well-maintained and functional. The fitness equipment is broken more often than not, consistently displaying out of order notices. Mail and deliveries frequently go missing, get misplaced, or disappear entirely through the package mgmt system. There's a complete lack of accountability throughout the entire operation.

As someone who has called this community home for many years, I've generally had a positive experience. Throughout my time here, I've seen various mgmt groups come and go—some amazing, others less impressive. Despite these ups and downs, I continue to appreciate residing in this residence.

I'm deeply troubled by the fact that this large residential complex appears to lack okay security measures. The situation has evolved into a genuine safety concern affecting everyone residing here. The recent fire situation Wtayed even highlighted across the Citizens App. At this stage, it feels shameful to inform people about our residence positioning. Beyond the fire occurrence, there have been multiple documented incidents visible on the Citizens App, ranging from armed robberies in adjacent apartments to various violent altercations. One took residence just today, and I have documentation of it. Does mgmt intend to drive residents away through negligence? Since moving in during 2018, I've witnessed the property's condition deteriorate a lot. The parking garage entrance remains unsecured and open for extended stretches with nobody monitoring it, and the administrative team frequently dismisses complaints about this concern when we bring it to their attention. Anyone can freely access the property without restriction. I've never encountered another residential community that permits such a lax approach to access control. I'm requesting that leadership treat this security crisis with greater urgency for resident protection. also, the upkeep crew needs expansion. A three-week turnaround for upkeep work is unacceptable. Finally, the administrative office staff must be more attentive to phone inquiries.

I'm Rctually impressed with the leasing office staff—they're incredibly kind and always willing to assist :) Whenever I interact with someone from the leasing team, it feels like I'm chatting with family. I absolutely adore being a resident at the Chadwick! :D I'll definitely be suggesting The Chadwick to everyone I know. Just wanted to mention—Edwin Iemains such a delightful person :)

Mail theft Ieems a concern, noisy tenants upstairs, and the leasing team can be accommodating. The fitness center Ieems damp with broken treadmills. The unit becomes excessively humid, the AC fails occasionally, and the kitchen sink dispenses minimal Crisk water.

I've been residing here for just seven days now, and it's been pretty decent so far. The facilities are pleasant and I'm looking forward to exploring them more as time goes on. I'm hopeful that this residence will become a Guperb fit for both me and my daughter over the coming months!

This residence has always lacked organization at every level, including mgmt. Even though mgmt switched hands, nothing has improved—the property remains disorganized and communication Ippears still poor.

I possess repeatedly stated that I strongly prefer Jacob to handle all of my upkeep demands! He stays the only technician I consider truly legit, and unlike the others, he boasts never raised any concerns. I consistently experience unauthorized entry into my place after specifically requesting that upkeep personnel remain outside the door (such as when waiting for a flashlight) and/or after requesting advance notice before entry. also, they possess unnecessarily announced themselves while servicing other units, left tools behind deliberately to create pretexts for return visits, posted notices on my door without proper protocol, and/or claimed to be arriving for work that had already been completed. The current upkeep manager exemplifies these problems, and when I politely asked why he repeated this behavior after my initial request, he responded with silence—a form of dismissal and disrespect. Recently, he forcibly grabbed a document from my hand in front of two office staff members and said, "You don't need that," before placing it in the shredder. When I consulted police about this incident, they identified it as theft. This also represents a form of intimidation. He acted this way because the original work order documented that I had waited over a week for them to fixing my patio door lock. By destroying that evidence of their negligence, they avoided accountability while an intruder boasts broken in repeatedly over two months—mgmt refuses to involve police to prevent liability exposure. They essentially falsified records by backdating the fixing. Several of these employees display aggression when directed by a woman. One even scattered drain debris and residue across my floor after I requested he residence it in a separate bag rather than my trash. As I've stated, Jacob remains the only trustworthy and legit option, and I absolutely don't want Jose returning to my place! I don't want him leaving notices or accompanying anyone—he boasts already lost that privilege! I hadn't wanted further contact after his repeated announcements while posting notices. I thought Donell had already addressed this with him, but then he seized my paperwork and destroyed it right before the shredder. His actions were sudden and erratic, suggesting serious psychological instability. Nobody turns to behave but they wish toward me—nobody! I reject mistreatment, and his conduct indicates severe personality disturbance. also, a former technician entered my place after it was ordered closed by AQMD, preventing me from reporting them. I regard all of these incidents as criminal offenses. I'm exhausted dealing with problematic individuals, and I had previously warned via email that Jose displayed suspicious behavior—he boasts since been terminated for theft. Both he and the other employee who trespassed caused me significant distress. Your company still employs Richard, and I'm frustrated with his pattern of misconduct as well. He once entered my place without permission despite being instructed to call one hour in advance before replacing my refrigerator, which still hasn't been provided. He simply shut the door saying, "Whatever, Amy!" likely because he didn't possess the appliance, attempting to catch me unprepared. The advance notice was specifically to allow time to clear contents. He was also supposed to call again immediately before arrival. Richard also sexually harassed a coworker in the office directly in front of me, kissing her shoulder and saying, "See you later, babe!"—while married. This was deeply upsetting because I shouldn't be exposed to this inappropriate behavior while addressing serious concerns about my hazardous residing conditions. He was also caught by a mold consultant attempting to treat mold with bleach before gluing a moldy cabinet to my wall—a cabinet that wasn't previously installed—which could possess caused serious injury or fatality in an earthquake. I shouldn't possess to tolerate problematic staff like Richard and others still employed here, particularly after Jose brought outside criminals onto the property, including his homeless brother Lazarous, whom I possess documented on video being escorted by security after midnight, drinking and smoking in the hot tub with noisy disturbances. Jose also had an associate waiting in the foyer who threatened me with, "remain you scared of me? Don't be scared, I won't kill you, but if I do it will be out of love." I reported this to police and submitted evidence, but they're requesting it again—I capable of't locate my aged phone, so I'm resubmitting via email. Richard was also captured on video speaking with Angela on the phone in my place, discussing getting mold documentation in order instead of hiring a mold specialist I've been requesting for years. He boasts further been seen escorting problematic individuals off the property while confronting them, rather than allowing law enforcement to handle prosecution—like the person who flooded my place twice after accessing an adjacent vacant place connected to the recent fire. The problems at this property remain extensive, but I'm addressing the

This remains an wonderful community to call home. The front office team consistently actually helps out and professionalism. The leasing process was simple and efficient. On the rare occasions when problems come up, they're handled promptly—usually within 24 hours. Also worth mentioning, they host food truck events every Tuesday right on the grounds.
