I absolutely LOVE the staff here! They are nice, friendly, efficient, reliable and fast...which I have learned is hard to come by! Parking is great for being in Los Feliz and it is so nice to be walking distance from Griffith Park. Good price for the square footage included!

Lovely apartments with a kind and friendly staff. Young, fun, diverse, friendly neighbors that make apartment living easy. The perfect space in a convenient central location close to the best restaurants and bars!

Great staff all around! Everything is as good as expected.. Very friendly and helpful.. I'm sorry I need to mention that with no cap on the rent increases that at times it's over 10%! Being on SSDI that basically forces me out of the community.. The turn over rate is extremely high..

Overall Avalon Los Feliz is a safe, clean community. I have never heard of anyone's apartment being robbed.The building is surrounded by easy access to freeways. The staff is friendly and maintenance comes right away to fix problems. There are a few bad apples that reside here that do not respect other tenants (loud music, screaming kids, smoking in the elevators, pulling the fire alarms in the middle of night for fun).

eaves Los Feliz is the best and most friendly community. The management will go out of their way to help and satisfy their residents. Conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. Great place and lovely experience!

This property is beautiful and the staff has made the experience of moving in and living here amazing so far. They respond promptly to any requests and always have a great attitude! It's been the best move in experience I've had so far!

I have resided here for 13 years and have enjoyed a pleasant experience. The management staff has been professional, helpful and proactive resolving any issues in a timely manner. Even though it is a large complex, it provides a quiet and peaceful environment to live.

I used to love this place because of the good management team, but I am not happy with a management team at this time. Here is why... Loud neighbors (especially music & party noise at the swimming pool all the time), Bad smell of animals (I am afraid of dogs & cats, but many residents don't use leash and I am always having trouble with them when I walk around the building), Missing packages a lot, Car break-in & scratches on my car all the time in the parking lot, Leaking sewage from the kitchen celling this year (even though I warned the management office before happened, they didn't listened and couldn't prevent!!!), Many times leaking sewage from upstairs in the past in the bathroom & kitchen wall & celling, Customer service is really bad (they don't listen to a resident complaint, instead of that, they are trying to make us a bad complainer and trying to avoid working hard) I only like Alvero and Jose, they work hard.

So far so good at Los Feliz. Management team is terrific. My kids love the pool. Sure, its not the coolest thing having homeless folks camping out under a bridge 300 feet from the complex, but they don't cause trouble and it really is more of a testament to L.A. than it is the complex. It is generally quiet here, and most folks keep to themselves. Good mix of 20 and 30 something professionals as well as families.

Me and my wife are really satisfide chose Eaves Los Feliz. It is really good community for pet lovers! Also, the office people are kind and try really hard to maintain the community clean and nice. I recommend this place!
