I have been living here since 2009. The building has changed so much through out the years all in general glad it was for a better. The units and building has been renovated. I had an old studio and I corrently reside in a new one bedroom. I had to move into a new Anit. I love the kitchen I have a dish washer and stain less steel appliances. There's metro transportation and bus in just one block up. Now I have a car for parking I have a parking permit. I really enjoy living here. Everything is near by. Gym, groceries stores, and most important my job.

I have been living here since 2009 the building has changed so much through out the years that I have living here. The building as well as half of the units have been renovated beautifully. I had to move into a renovated one, right after it was finished. I have stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Parking can get difficult so I do recommend getting a parking permit. All utilities are included best part I don't have to deal with DWP or worrying every two months to pay my utilities. This is the right place for me.

I have been living in this apartment for the majority of the last year. The apartments in this building show beautifully, but don't be fooled! There are MAJOR roach problems in this building, electrical issues, bed bugs, and the neighborhood can be unsafe. The building doesn't have any parking, so you're forced to park on the street, however most of the time it's nearly impossible to find street parking during all the times you need it (i.e. coming home from work or at night). In addition, I've had my car broken into and vandalized and have gotten 3 flat tires in a matter of 10 days. DO NOT live here. The low rent, free utilities and beautifully redone apartments are tempting, but it's not worth all of the trouble.
