Went to get my deposit back but accidentally caught my lanlord masterbating in the hall!! No wonder it smells like ------- cabbage. He didn't even stop. Literally tried to play it off while talking to me like he was doing electrical work. I saw his ----

This is by far the worst place I've ever lived and it's getting worse by the day! Tenants are threatening to sue and have constant meetings about it. A guy named Derek will show you around and lie about community "amenities" such as saying it's fully secured and has working cameras, even though cameras haven't been working for over a DECADE. Mail boxes were broken into and not repaired for weeks. Maintenance is the worse, they don't even pretend to fix things, theirs constant bug problems, no ac, washers are old and broken all the time, and definitely don't leave yours clothes in it because they'll be stolen when you come back. Constant break ins and theft and nothing being done about it. Theirs different rules for everyone depending on who you are, and good luck if you ever want to see your double deposit back. Moving here was the worst mistake of my life!

TERRIBLE management company! They won't return your deposit and will get as much money from you as possible! Apartment was disgustingly dirty and multiple things were broken. Nikki at the management company and everyone else their are totally useless and incompetent. Every time I've gone in there people are always submitting lawsuits to get there money back or people are crying because they kept their money from no reason. Stay far away from this place or you'll regret it!

This is more like an old folks home! It smells like cabbage and there's no air conditioning. If you are planning to die in the near future, this is the place!

this place is overpriced and what are these strange people suddenly managing this place,, the heat is a radiatpr is controlled by the manager and the place is sometines freezing... I think mae west crap is still in her room ,,, it is overpriced ever since mr ladicos ,, died and left,,, shop around ,,, check out the prices ,, it is good for old ladies and retired folk

Ravenswood is an old gal but she's beautiful, glamorous, and a well kept building thanks to the new management team! It was recently painted inside and out, the neon sign repaired, and everything seems to be in working order. Lily the new manager and Jesus the maintenance man are very friendly and make sure problems are fixed in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend living here now. Prior to Lily taking over in Dec 2011, I don't think I would have many nice things to say.

I've been waiting 5 weeks for the return of my deposit!

1. 6 cars in the 'secure' parking deck had the windows broken and contents stolen 2. There was no video of the incident and the management has done nothing to investigate this obvious 'inside' job 3. Residents saw 3 'suspect' individuals at 4am and did not call the police 4. Management did not assist victims with clean up: use of vaccum, brooms, new front door code 5. Overall, management and owners do not reinvest in building nor do they take any interest in their tenants issues with the building

Don't belive everything you read here. See it for yourself!!! And for you Mr./Ms. who is looking into moving across the street, here, read this. If you have some personal issues with the management stuff, that doesn't give you the right to write about things that are not true. Elevators are slow but working all the time; maintenance work was done in my apartment in the same day i requested; manager is in the office or around the building all the time. I take the staires and i see her everywhere; the pool is heated now and we have new patio furniture. So grow up or move out. Go on move across the street but read the reviews from 569 Rossmore you will change your mind.
