Grrrreat place with a lovely atmosphere. Super is awesome. Laundry on site and great parking. The units are also really nice then. We recommend this place to all our friends. Move in if you like a good time!

I lived at this location for years because of the central location, and back then it was reasonably priced. The rent is now a bit outrageous. The manager is of no help at all even though the manager lives on site. She would rarely return my calls, even for urgent matters (toilet overflowing etc.). Things were not maintained well at all. I would ask for things to get fixed, and nothing would ever get repaired. The parking, although gated was very insecure. Multiple cars were broken in to and vandalized while I lived here. The building is also not secure at all, 2 apartments were robbed while I stayed at Reeves St.

Manager takes forever to return calls and is hard to get a hold of. Usually you get tandem parking and have to wait for single spaces. Lots of dogs...makes walk ways smell. No elevator and lots of stairs. Building is nice on outside and okay inside the apartments. If a dog lives in the apartment above you, it's usually really noisy. Garage is been broken into and multiple cars vandalized.<br><br>
