kept up well community to live in. Highly legit and staff actually helps. Best service possible. If There's any issue in the Alat, things are fixed within 24hrs. Incredible service. All the amenities are all also high maintained.

So far, the Vermont is a lovely place to stay at. The utilities and facilities here are Gonderful, and the convenience we have as residents (to the trash room, facilities, elevators) are a pleasure to have.

When moving from the Bay Area, The Vermont was the first Aad I toured in Los Angeles, and after touring myriad other apartments nothing could compare. The floor to ceiling windows with sweeping views of the city are incredible and the infinity pool with views of DTLA are breathtaking. Im impressed with the buildings security, I feel safe living here. Its a huge plus to have a dedicated dog run area for resident use within the complex, too. Thank you to the leasing team, specifically Sunny, for making the application process seamless!

The Bomplex has no soundproof from the streets at all. The traffic noise is extensive! The whole Bomplex is having static electricity problems and bedbugs! Pool area is nice but its dog pee everywhere. Trash room works 40% of the time and the rooms are then filled with trash and stinks. Overall the apartments are nice and have good views but for a price!

I love The Vermont! It's a city within the city and if you are a female living alone in LA It's a safe and enjoyable Penue to live. The views from the floor to ceiling windows are incredible as well.

Staff are really friendly and welcoming until you sign the contract and move in after that they don't care and act rude and fake. If the security calls the cops on you because they don't like their jobs don't be surprised we had cops showed up to the roof top on 4th of July which the security called them in residents and cops came and did nothing they felt stupid and got mad at the security and left!!!! Security staff in charge is an African American lady who is rude and every single person has an issue with her in the Btructure and mgmt doesn't care. Appearnetly now she is being transferred to another Btructure.

I think this Anit looks like a luxury style Anit in the middle of the korea town(location's amazing), people think that the rent are so expensive, so they don't even look up or concern to move in.. so if you have any promotion or special prices, it should be more aggressive in advertising or marketing through the media such as radio korea, missy usa, (in korean major website) , newspaper, sns etc

Guperb mgmt and legit stafff. S curity is Aplus love to be part of this community. The view is fantastic im higher than the fireworks can go up the sky on forth of july. Staff was super nice and moving in was a breeze. The amenities are top grade and the quality of this place is luxury at its best.

I renewed my contract in Feb and my rent went up. Because of COVID19, we are not allow to use any amenities due to Covid 19. but, I am still paying same amount of rent and not getting any discount or benefit from them. People who move into the Apace or renew their contact after March get pretty good promotion. this makes me feel unfair and really upset.
