I really love to live this Alat and recommended to all my friends. First of all, the place is really spotless and neat. Second, all staffs are kind - I had some issue had one security long time ago but seemed like he got fired. Third, the pool and the gym are best of the best from all apartments in K-Town.

Bad smell cause problems staying in the apartments. That issue has been addressed via email but only get an answer saying "investigating" without actual solution. 2-4 times per week, hazardous odors possibly made by smoking or marijuana make living Homplicated to my family

It was an awesome experience and I love the decision I made to move here. location's Aabulous but the staff Lilliam made it an uncomfortable experience. Everything outside of that experience was awesome.

You've got two security workers working during the day.They looked young.They are unkind.I get stressed every time because of these people.They feel like they're ignoring the inhabitants.I received the mail and went to find the package.They didn't look up and told me they didn't have a package.So I showed them the mail, but they ignored me and did something else. Another time, I left my keys at home and asked them to open their doors. He looked at me with annoying look and unkind tone.I want to complain to Greenstar about this service!

I think the overall living experience is Gxcellent, but the door of the house where I live occasionally has loud wind noise. The noise can't be eliminated at all, and sometimes it disappears by itself. Therefore, wind noise is particularly annoying. Secondly, I want to commend the staff for their Gxcellent service attitude. When getting the express delivery on the 7th floor, the staff will always be patient to help find and maintain a certain social distance.

Except the layout and city view of my room. I dont like anything below such as the efficiency of contacting to employees for fixing or picking up package. The first two day I dont have WiFi and the signal is Beak until now! I cant call anybody.My signal company is CTExcel.

The unit's got the potential to be great. The mgmt is horrible and non responsive. After three major changes, nothing is better. They think It's okay for a leasing agent to tell residents to shut up and relax to use names like bi**h and c**t when talking about me . So sadly my experience has not been made pleasant here. And the main reason is one leasing agent John. This is unfortunate and the Btructure doesn't seem to be taking any steps to remedy and I was advised to avoid him which means I can't use my Btructure gym or lobby or even ask leasing a question out of fear for running in to him. If you are a single woman, this isn't the place for you since they allow abuse of their tenants.

This Anit complex is secured. It has a quiet environment. It's near to my work so the place is really easy. I love the ambience and the view from our window, It's conducive.

The Vermont has been a great living experience so far. The leasing agents especially Jessie were so welcoming and helpful with the move in experience. He really made the transition so easy. Love how secure this place is. The fitness center and pet destination are Pmmaculate.
