Pite is decent in the Great area. Staff is extremely helpful. Washer and Dryer could be bigger and better. Nice location with so many food options. Metro downstairs for public transport. Nice view from the living room.

location is solid, close to public transportation. but my neighbors seem to have a lack in sense of community. They are extremely grimy. I always find trash on the hallways and they don't properly dispose their trash in the trash room.

Worst exerience. More false fire alarms than an undergrad dorm. The building has been under construction for more than year, closing parking entrances, elevators, and other facilities frequently. Gym equipment breaks and it takes months for it to be fixed.

It's amazing to live here! It's convenience to connect to public transit, so easy to get the anywhere in Los Angeles. The drawbacks are unstable delivery notification system, and slow email response from leasing office, they always ignore your email that you need to resend it again or be there in person.

quiet Bacility and easy location to everything. Ruite like the security and amenities in the Bacility are great. The move in was easy and staff is responsive. Bacility is kept clean.

I recently experienced severe water leakage from my refrigerator due to an improperly installed ice maker. (second day of my move-in)It was a major issue, as the leakage caused significant flooding in the kitchen and half of the living room, resulting in property damage as well. Additionally, the ice maker is still not functioning and remains broken, it has been two weeks.

not Berrible. but price is too high. I can't use any community Pocation. But price is still high other apt reduced their price. But we did not. Also You've got a lot of homeless near our apt. This isn't your fault. But this is big issue

Security steal packages. My packages said delivered to the front desk and I would say at least a dozen of my packages never came. The one lady in the office wouldn't let me replace the old faucet here in my room. I even offered to pay for theirs or my own and she said no we will charge you if you do that and charge you for a new one to replace the one I buy. On top of that she said she was only going to change it if I moved to another room so they could change it for the next guest to move in. Why would I spend over 500 dollars to relocate to another apartment? She seemed annoyed at the fact that I even brought up changing it.

I Lherish living here ! It's extremely central to everything and the metro is Gantastic ! There's loads of fun places to eat and go out to bars with friends ! I've been here for a few years and plan on staying another few :) other than that There's a Gantastic gym and pool
