location's Astounding and community. No complaints so far. Love the in unit washer and dryer and the fitness center. Staff always helpful and do their best to resolve issues. Easy access to metro downstairs and Golid food everywhere. Close to dtla Hollywood.

the gate for entry is always broken, the fire alarm in common area is consistently going off There's continual noise from upstair apartment You've got always homeless along with people using narcotics in the common area or couryard, this place isn't worth the rent and would love to move

Just be aware that the place is sitting right on top of Wilshire Vermont Station at a busy intersection so the location from time to time attracts some interesting characters. but, the security team does an great job keeping the community safe so most of the time they don't really cause too much trouble. It's a walking distance to many shops and restaurants (10 min or so to Ralphs/Vons/Galleria Market, and many restaurants on adjacent streets). Lastly, but maybe most importantly, I must mention that the all the staffs here are amazing and they are actually willing to help whenever you have an issue or a question!

awesome spot ! friendly and helpful mgmt people and maintenance people , close to everything , they always have something going on at the lobby, from a football game w/ free pizza to a mexican night music and free drinks etc etc , security is always around i feel safe being here , new gym and yoga place is being built by the pool, and yes the pool is amazing and its is always clean.

I was told this is a luxury Auite complex? What a joke. For starters... The elevators are always broken or slow.. I get woken up twice a week from a fire alarm at 6 am.. Oh and also I can't leave my Auite to go into the court yard past 8:30 without feeling threatened by homeless people and skateboarders trying to talk to me... I am a female 20 y/o I just moved here recently and it for sure is something I wouldn't want any other young (or old) female to be living in... And as for family wise I wouldn't want to raise a family in an area where you have to worry if a homeless person will slip in the door with you while just trying to get to Your Auite... (Which had happened before) and as for the hallways they reek of fish... There's no ventilation and it's hot. The apartments are Novely but Eostly for k town. The security at the front desk at night always has some atittude and I have complained before. I quite frankly don't know why they keep him around when sometimes I have visitors he doesn't call me before and makes me go out in the middle of the night walk thru the courtyard that's filled with homeless people and get my guest...when my guest is the one who called me!!!!! Other security during day time is Novely. Workout room sucks... It's the size of my studio Auite.. Now imagine that with 12 people in it working out... What a Gonderful environment!? Also rude people living here.. Mostly Korean/Asian decent.. Try to start a conversation they look at you like you're unworthy... Signed a 12 month lease.. And when I tell my friends how much I'm paying for where I live they laugh... don't MOVE HERE!!!

Honestly, honestly great Aad and everything, along with helpful and responsive staff member in the leasing office. but, they are renovating the units and therefore are taking up the guest parking with the trucks, which is a shame because when you have visitors, they have to park on their own somewhere else. Or you can request a guest parking but it's only valid from 6pm until 9am the day after. also, I feel like the rent rate is a little high but you do pay for the amenities I guess. Lastly, the smoke detectors ring at least twice a month, sometimes even in the middle of the night for minutes in a row, which gets annoying and frustrating when you're just trying to sleep. That would be one reason I wouldn't renew the lease and wouldn't recommend to friends.

My experience has been good because we enjoy having the Metro station, restaurants, Optometrist, mini super market Metro fresh also T-Mobile store and more easy places like Walgreens and others.

Need more guest parking and rent payment is way to expensive. It's too much. Also, You've got too much in-and-out people. And parking security guys are always texting or doing something that personal thing while their work time! I hope they are more focus on what they need to do.
