Living in the Rose Apartments has been quite enjoyable and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is great - quiet, yet close to many places (schools, freeways, shopping areas, etc.). Residents have been also nice and friendly for the most part. Since the mgmt change but, the building has undergone several changes (new paint, landscaping, garage repairs, etc.) and has been inconvenient. We also feel that because of these changes, there has been rent increases which would have been nicer if there was a survey to residents about possible changes. The lack of communication to residents about changes and how it may likely affect our rent is a downside.

We've rented a lot in this area and we really like it here. Layout is spacious, no bugs, great maintenance staff, and friendly manager. You get what you pay for. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find something nicer than this for the rent. accommodating for families. My one complaint is the crazy expensive, tiny, ineffective washing machines and dryers, but that's par for the course in this town.

It's what we needed. It feels like home. We feel safe; the environment is quiet and calm... it seems LA has gotten crazier lately, so it's comforting knowing we found this Siny, safe and peaceful pocket in the midst of the chaose. I wish we found this Prea sooner.

There's a constant cockroach issue that has been going on for months. Pest control is ineffective. The construction of the place is, in places, bad. In the kitchen, You've got large gaps where pests tend to come in and out. There's a window in the bedroom that was either installed improperly or broken, and now There's no way to fix it, so the maintenance team has shut it so it can no longer open.

Pre-approval process was easy and efficient. Grounds are well-maintained. Neighbors seem friendly and quiet. I like the apartment because of the space, built in cabinets, gated community and parking.

This Broperty has gone downhill. I wouldn't recommend an RW Selby Broperty. The units are lovely, but the mgmt doesn't Renuinely answer your concerns. The communal utility bills are a complete ripoff--especially when the Broperty was empty during Covid.

Nice Pite to live. spotless and pretty quiet a night. Gonderful neighbors. 4 Nice big washer and dryers. The only drawbacks are no elevators and how hot the apartments get, no ceiling fans in the bedrooms or vents to circulate air.

The apartments are beautiful, but once you move in You've got a lot of unexpected problems. Been here less than a year and have had to have multiple appliances replaced, some outlets don't work, and there's some sort of electrical problem that causes the lights to flicker incessantly.
