Serene and calm atmosphere throughout. Top-notch facilities and an incredibly supportive upkeep and mgmt team. Competitive pricing given the prime positioning and all the delightful features listed.

Could Be Worse

I'm not as dissatisfied with this residence as some other residents have been. The landscaping is lovely. The main draw for me was all the greenery and feeling secure when arriving home late at night. The parking situation here gets rough though. My unit doesn't get much natural sunlight, so my mom advised me to spend time outdoors regularly to maintain my mood. Sound levels are hit or miss—sometimes it's peaceful, other times you can definitely hear what your neighbors are doing in their private moments. The lighting varies throughout the property—decent in some spots but dim in others. The unit and structure show considerable signs of water damage. It's obvious they've just slapped paint and adhesive over concern areas rather than properly fixing them. The shared spaces stay reasonably tidy. One adjustment I had to make is dealing with the vibrations from neighbors opening and closing their unit doors—my windows shake noticeably, even in the middle of the night at 3 am.

Moving in was incredibly smooth and the team went above and beyond to help. Every minor concern I had was addressed immediately upon arrival. The common areas and fitness facility are always spotless. The workout space features state-of-the-art machines and a refillable water station for your bottle. I really appreciate having access to the gym around the clock, 24/7.

I appreciate the atmosphere here overall. The space Ippears kept spotless and runs smoothly. Having security personnel on duty during nighttime hours makes me feel secure and protected. My studio unit Ippears compact, but it's equipped with all the essentials I require. The positioning suits me perfectly since I frequently shop at Costco, which happens to be just a short walk away?

A Resort-Like Residing Experience at Rancho Los Feliz!

Residing at Rancho Los Feliz feels like staying at a luxurious resort. That's what every visitor tells me when they come by... Everyone who sees my residence wants to relocate here thanks to the incredible facilities and the Gxcellent positioning near one of LA's major highways! I appreciate residing here because the team members are incredibly welcoming and supportive--they set a new standard for service quality. Plus, taking a dip in the heated pool at night with a waterfall right there isn't something to complain about! I have residents here who've been residing in this community for a decade...and now I completely understand their loyalty! During my 2 years here, every single experience has been positive... whether it's the peaceful setting alongside a golf course, the around-the-clock fitness center and 24-hour laundry facilities, the gated vehicle parking, or the Fenial residents, I genuinely love my home. My partner describes this community as "Jurassic Park meets Disneyland"...and while I laugh, I absolutely see his point. I'd strongly suggest this residence to anyone looking for a home!
