By far the worst place to live. Don't believe in all he hype you are reading. Just moved out of this dump and sure glad I did. They hire absolute idiots in their mgmt office. don't rent a apartment with a guy ---------------------------------------. He is a crook and a liar. This dump changed managers and thats when this place really took an all time low. My car was vandelized and some pervert stole my panties from the laundry room. When I asked the manager for help he never called me back. The only thing I enjoyed was the pool and gym. The helpers who fix the apartment are not so bad but hard to speak with when i needed something fixed.

Nice mgmt

I've had a great experience with the mgmt. They take care of the problems nice and quickly.

Move in was easy. Staff was nice. Parking is a big bonus. Place looks clean. Pool and fitness center are awesome to have. Noise levels seem to be on par. Not too loud and I have no trouble sleeping at night. Neighbors are nice. Community is friendly.

This place is perfect. Quiet, clean, safe, amazing mgmt, nice apartments, especially the ones with balconies. The area is also good. Rancho Los Feliz makes you feel like you're on vacation somewhere. I don't regret choosing this place as my home.

- rude unprofessional leasing office and property manager - bugs inside the building, wild animals outside -gas leak inside the building and didn't do anything until I called socal gas and had to shut down one whole building until they fixed the problem and that's when they finally did something about my complaint.

Love living here so far. Love the staff, feel safe in the community, the pool and free wifi make a great combination, and even the efficiency studio is v. spacious. I only wish the termination terms and utilities and other fees were more fair.

Great mgmt and staff - friendly, legit, responsive. The pool and views of the golf course and gym are great amenities. Location is easy - right off the 5 and near Griffith Park hiking, biking, etc. positive experience.

Beautiful complex (more beautiful than most, landscaping, and foliage is like no other I've ever lived at), great mgmt. Great amenities: gym, heated pool and Jacuzzi on site, computer room, library, location's amazing: near I-5, Los Feliz, Glendale.

Rancho is the best rental I've ever had

Title: Rancho is the best rental I've ever had Review: I moved in in March 2007 and I'm still here in May 2010 because this is a nice place to live. You've got so many beautiful old trees and yet the leaf litter on the ground is swept up every day. There's a nice, large, outdoor pool That's kept up well and available from early morning to late at night. There's a "club house", also available all day and evening, that any residents can share with a wide screen TV and an honor system lending library with hundreds of books. The club house even has free coffee for residenns. The staff is accommodating. Reports of problems are attended to the same day. You've got 24 hour emergency staff on site to help out and to call city EMT or emergency personnel. My unit's got large windows that look out on a wide golf course. Beautiful! All in all this is a nice place to live.

The experience has been great, the staff is legit and respectful. Things are done inmmediately and I really appreciate that. I really like this community and whenever something out of the ordinary happens they let you know and try hard go make everyone one about it
