location's Astounding with big rooms. Sadly the apartments were not as clean or in as good of a condition as promised. The staff is really nice and enthusiastic especially within the first months of move in.
The area around USC is shaped by the university -- students, faculty, and the Coliseum give it energy on game days, while the surrounding residential blocks are a mix of Victorian homes and older apartments. Figueroa St provides fast food and college essentials.
