Out of the off campus apartments I've lived in, Tuscany is hands down my favorite. I've lived in the Lorenzo, which was very far from campus and Gateway, and this is the best place in my opinion. Perfect location, convenient restaurants, spacious bedrooms, and they offer free unlimited printing, which is so helpful.

Living here is perfect if you are a Marshall school of business student, like me. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to class, which is gives me the option of going home in between classes for for lunch time. Chipotle and Chick-Fil-A are conveniently located on the first floor, which is good for people like me who do not cook much. The people in the office are very friendly. The bedrooms are decently sized (plenty of room for 2 people to fit comfortably) and they have connected bathrooms with double sinks (which is nice if you share the room, since we each get our own sink). The one downfall of this place would be that the washers/dryers are on each floor and are not inside the unit. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to live off campus, but still be in walking distance.

My boyfriend rented an apartment for the 2016-2017 school year. He promptly moved out and Tuscany claims that he left "stuff" in his apartment and kept his security deposit. He was very sure of the fact that he hadn't left anything but he could have. Whether he did or did not is beside the point but for the sake of this review, we will say he did, in fact, leave stuff behind. Under the assumption that he did leave stuff behind, he tried to call to get everything sorted out and was honestly just wanting an explanation other than the fact that he had left "stuff." My boyfriend called three times and his mother called twice within the span of two weeks. The first time he called, the manager hung up on him. The second time he called, he was directed to a dead line. The third time he called the lady at the front desk told him to email the manager and that she would respond by 9pm that night. Of course, she did not respond and to this day has not replied. After his attempt to contact Tuscany, his mother decided to try as well. She called twice, both times they hung up on her. The fact that Tuscany has hung up not once and not twice but four times is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service, or lack thereof, they have received is astonishing and completely unacceptable. At this point it's not about the security deposit, it is about how unbelievably rude they have been to their paying customers.

Lived here for a year and love it. Great management, friendly workers, and convenient location. Definitely would recommend.

I have lived at various apts during my time @SC and these ones are the best by far! I have really enjoyed my time here and would recommend them to anyone needing some where to live.The staff along with security are friendly and fast, they take all the safety measures for the students.

Perfect for USC student to study. It is safe and close to everything. Has a gym to work out in between studying. It's way nicer than the alternatives.

Tuscany is a very beautiful, comfortable, and convenient apartment. They offer service for mail, package, print, exercise. They also have swimming poor and sports center. The environment is super good. You will like it. I lived here for a Semester and I decided to renew.

Tuscany is a comfortable, clean apartment complex with a location that seriously cannot be beat. I spent my senior year within walking distance not only to all of my classes, but also to several great places to eat. The staff is cordial and the maintenance guys particularly are a pleasure to work with. Living at Tuscany was easy and comfortable, and if I had to do it all over again I definitely would choose Tuscany again!

Staff are really nice and ready to help at any time. The package storage process is a little bit slow since sometimes I want to get my package as it is delivered. The overall appearance of the building is nice, but the inner decor of the apartments could be improved.

The office staff refused to help me speed up the response time to my service request. The maintenance staff came several weeks after the original service request was made (I had to make 3 before I got a response). When they did come, I (a woman) was wearing a bathrobe. I asked if the man would come back in 15 minutes so I could dress myself. He became very argumentative because he said it would be too inconvenient for him. I told him to come back if he could. He did not. I filed another service request, and they emailed me saying they will have to order new equipment to fix my problem. It has been over three weeks and there has been no progression. This has been an extremely unfortunate experience.
