It has been good living here. LAPD is always around downstairs. It's not too loud as long as you are facing in. place is spacious and the huge closets are the best things I've ever had. But they should have told us about all the common utility bills before we sign our contract.

Perfect for USC student to study. It's safe and close to everything. Has a gym to work out in between studying. It's way nicer than the alternatives.

We want to clean our rooms, but we haven't tools. The place is great, because it's close to the campus and safe and clean. The downstairs has a gym and a swimming pool which are easy for us to take exercises. The staff are nice and friendly. Every floor has a lounge which is nice and quiet to study.

Great experience. Had some awesome times and experienced some great lifetime memories. Social events are way less so don't really know anyone in the community except my roommates. It would be great if You've got more social mixers or mingling events.

I will summarize my last year of life at Tuscany which is a sample of typical frustration... Last week I came home to find my kitchen sink over flowing with sewer backup. Hours later no maintenance was available. Disgusting, unsafe, and unhealthy would summarize that week. I had to stay in a hotel for two nights. During the course of this previous year I had MANY nights with no hot water. I had my car broken into and was told that "that area" of the parking lot had no cameras to see who did it but it was probably an inside job. I hope no females are counting on the security cameras that aren't really there for their safety. The cable TV has been switched to USC cable now so no more hi-def DISH cable, few channels, not what we were promised. Not what their websites promise. Internet.... Hasn't worked for more than a week. They just tell you to go to the campus library if you want to use the internet. No more wifi either as promised. It just isn't the luxury they say It's. It's now an EXPENSIVE dorm. Beware of what you are getting.

spotless and well-kept apartment complex with staff's super friendly. Rent is set a reasonable price as well with amenities such as study rooms and fitness center. Location is perfect and easy with close proximity to campus and nearby shops..

PROS: Feels safe. Parking garage. Walking distance to USC. Restaurants on bottom level. Pool and gym. Balcony. Washing machines on your floor. Dishwasher. CONS: You've got NO LIGHTS in the bedrooms or common rooms! Elevators are slow. Maintenance took a week to fix A/C. Expensive. Cheap carpet. Cable only works with certain TVs.

In general, this place is good, except the staff working near the office in the lobby, they (female staff specifically) are rude and unfriendly at all and their facial expression and eyesight are unneighborly, and even making comments on you, usually bad ones. It's the reason why my roommate and I choose to move out next year as it makes us so uncomfortable and unhappy. Actually, I have heard a lot of negative voices and complaints about this issue from my friends. It's a great pity that may dramatically lower the quality of this apartment.

This is a awesome spot to live!! Tuscany has some of the best rates for this location. It's spotless and has great recreational services. Make sure you fill out the roommate survey accurately if you are letting Tuscany choose your roommate.
