we like living here, cleaning could be improved in the common areas and safety is an issue with the front door often open and/or not closing properly. Also, the lower parking garage in 11950 has lost most of its lifgting, a lot of light bulbs are out and have not been replaced in weeks. Pretty dark down there.

We have lived at the Adler for close to 1 year. Ruby, Jeanette, and all of the property's staff are absolutely amazing. Service requests are always handled with efficiency and politeness. The grounds are kept clean and quiet. Everyone has a smile and is friendly. This is definitely one of the best communities in the area!

We love living at the The Adler. Beautiful design and always they keep everything so nice and clean. We like the gym and swimming pool. The Building is located in middle city close to the beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and century city shopping mall.

I can't completely tell you about my experience here. Because it's only a month since I moved. First experience is not so good as I expected. Next time I prefer to see the unit than sign the lease agreement.

I had to break my lease and just run, below are just a few of the issues that I faced at the Adler apartments. Shortly after I moved in, I realized that my next door neighbor was operating a music studio. This information was not disclosed to me prior to signing the lease. Sadly, that was not the only noise disturbance. There are many very loud college students, families with multiple kids and very loud dogs and YouTubers recording at nights in this building. The noise levels constantly interrupted my work during the day and sleep at night. In addition to the noise disturbances, I was also forced to deal with: an unclean environment where dog feces are prevalent throughout the building, health concerns, broken appliances, plumbing issues, smoking by the pool and stolen packages. My toilet had many issues from clogging to leaking. The kitchen plumbing, stove and refrigerator also all needed repair in the short few months that I’ve lived here. There was a week when fire alarm was malfunction and for three days straight it was going off every hour forcing everyone to stay on the streets. I was given a compact parking space at the very end of the garage when multiple better spots are available. And the car next to me always takes up half of my space forcing me to park off street. Oh and there’s absolutely no signal throughout the building and you have to rely on Wi-Fi only..

The building is not too big and the neighbors are nice, there's a pool and a gym. Very friendly for dogs. The apartment layout is great and convenient. We have been there for 2 years and it's also convenient with the kids.

Thank you so much to Paco and Edgar for everything!! The Adler is a great place to live if you have a pet and are looking for a clean, nice, update apartment. Mostly, I was impressed by the leasing office staff and their kindness always!

My experience at the community has been short but in that short time it has been phenomenal. Everyone has been very welcoming and responsive in my communications with them. I am very happy with the cleanliness and upkeep of the community.

I love my apartment but when i submit the maintenance request it sometimes take over a week to get a response or help from anyone. Also the front office staff does not have any respect for the tenants. The dog park is also disgusting and makes the rest of the building smell. Poop bags litter the turf.
