My experience at Modera has been amazing, to say the least! The community is well kept, and the staff is very attentive. All of the amenities are top-notch. I look forward to calling Modera my "Home" for many years to come.

After six months the place is still a dream to live in thanks to everyone that works here. Always on point and so friendly. Great community would recommend to anyone I know and I do. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks

The rent price was very high and especially high when we compared with their poor management team. Resident must signed at least one year contract or longer. During pandemic, they still not willing to provide the contact fee service such as credit card payment and insisted resident still need to pay 3% fee. Very horrible parking rule and need to pay for guest parking. They unilateral changed the lease contract and restricted the time for resident to use the amenities, ridiculous to ask resident to book the facilities they promised which is first come first serves. If you move here, you will be regretted.

Modera is my favorite place Ive lived at yet. We are smitten with our loft-style apartment. The complex is beautiful, safe, and clean. The staff members are helpful and friendly, and the amenities are fantastic. Every Wednesday evening, a different food truck is featured just outside, which is such a fun and accessible option to have, especially since restaurants are closed for dine-in right now. Modera is such a gem, and were so happy to have found it! We seriously love living here!

Wonderful, clean, safe community with an attentive and friendly staff that cares. The amenities are impeccable and the location cannot be beat. I am extremely happy with my decision to call Modera West LA home.

Modera West LA has been a phenomenal living experience so far. The leasing agent, Emmelia, that showed us apartments was incredibly patient while my husband and I looked at a ton of different units. She also showed us different apartments based on what we liked/didn't like, it was a great experience before we even applied! We had to deal with a strange hiccup during our application process, not the fault of Modera West LA, and the leasing staff were very supportive and kind throughout the whole thing. Moving in was a breeze and we had a couple of maintenance requests that were taken care of very quickly. The maintenance staff have also been incredibly kind! The building is new and clean and the location is very convenient and quiet. We love living here so far!

Although I am rather new to the community, from the beginning of my engagement with the staff it has been great. Karim made my application and move in process seamless, often times answering my messages well after business hours. The property is new, clean, and has all of the amenities you need. The only drawback about this community is the lack of guest parking, so if you have guest a lot, you may want to rent an extra spot. With any luck, they create more guest parking in the near future.

Shangri-LA! Ive been living at Modera West LA since January 2020. There is no other place I would have rather been during the pandemic and subsequent lock down. Although certain amenities like the gym have been closed, my apartment and the surrounding complex have been a peaceful setting during these uncertain times. Much appreciation to the maintenance staff of Rob, Luke, Freddie, Cynthia, Jessica and of course, Nilton for keeping this place clean and impeccably polished. This is the perfect spot for singles, couples and single parents like myself. My children think they live in a mystical wonderland at Modera, and they are correct. We do!

Modera apartments is very nice and clean. Its only been a month but no significant complaints outside of limited guest parking. Nice features within the unit. Good location close to freeway and all hot spots.

So far our experience at Modera West LA has been phenomenal. We were given amazingly personal attention while looking for the right unit, and step-by-step care throughout the leasing process. Our unit is amazing and the, so far, single maintenance request weve sent was acted upon with speed and professionalism.
