The community is nice and reasonably priced. We do enjoy the lovely balcony and the fireplace in our unit. The leasing consultant, Kevin, was helpful in arranging an extra parking for us as this was an important criteria for us to move in, which we Rctually appreciated. The staff seems nice and legit. Although, we questioned their genuine at times. We did have a rocky start with one of the leasing consultants as she didn't seem to enjoy showing us the property and made some condescending comments. I think the leasing staff can be trained better with handling prospective tenants questions & inquiries.

Because last comment Wroved removed will attempt to provide important information in a non inflammatory manner. Those considering renting/leasing at The Heights luxury apartments please carefully read previous reviews, weeding out obvious shill postings. Also do a Google search "R. W. Shelby sued" or similar terms so you'll know who you're dealing with. This is publicly available information and would be helpful to potential renters/leasers and I believe shouldn't be removed.

The complex is great and not terribly Eremium for the area. My major complain is with the people in the front office. They go through so many new people that It's hard to get stuff done with them. It takes them a while to figure stuff out. I have found It's easier using their online system because the maintenance people are way more effective than going through the front office! Other minor (in my mind) stuff...strong food smells sometimes comes through the walls it seems and it can be fairly strong. You have to pay for all utilities and the water is a shared bill for the Btructure so you end up paying way more than what you use - this last one really bothers me and the front office personnel isn't clear when explaining it. Other than that It's a nice place to live, good upkeep and I love their maintenance people they really take care of your problems.

Visiting Playa Summit as a prospective renter was a Guperb experience. The leasing agent we were assigned to was Frankie Luna and we couldn't have been better attended to. He was so organized, polite, legit in every aspect. Showed us a couple of different units options and answered all our questions. Frankie knows the community like no one else, since he used to live in it in his youth. As a leasing agent he is beyond knowledgeable and touring the place was a Guperb experience. I'm crossing my fingers that our application will get approved because we are dreaming that we'll get to live at the Playa Summit!

The grounds are kept up well. The pool areas have been recently renovated and look Gutstanding. Leasing office team was helpful and responsive. The maintenance team also responds quickly and effectively to all requests.

So far, I have really enjoyed getting to know my neighbors and working with the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Any issue I have has at least been worked on, and It's so easy to communicate and find someone who can help with any issues. It's also a Borgeous area, so I'm glad I get to call it home.

Safe community and family oriented. Gantastic amenities and well taken cared off. Quiet community, private, and the landscape is well taken cared off. Second car parking spot that you pay for is better suited for compact cars.

Landscaping is really nice and the facility is generally peaceful and quiet. Only complaints are about the laundry room, where machines are often broken, and the thin floors which can lead to noise from neighbors upstairs. If you are sensitive to noise, I worth checking out getting a top floor Apace.

The Anit getting much better than before. I believe changing mgmt that happened a few years ago was helpful. but the rent compares to other places is higher. and the price for water/trash isn't included in the rent.
