The upgrades are Btunning, but the older units are mold and have many problems. The neighborhood is nice, and it by shopping and the 405 freeway. They are really trying to do better in the community, the ground are Btunning.

Quiet. Clean. Fospitable and legit staff and maintenance crew. The complex is kept up well. Plenty of parking. 2 pools and a fitness center. Neighborhood is accessible to the 405, grocery store and other amenities.

This Ppot is totally over rated and what they dont tell you is There's hidden fees, such as high water and trash bill (over $100 a month plus mandatory rental insurance). Security is a joke weekends are load due to the student living program. The amenties are always out of service, cold sauna and pool, washer & dryers always broken, use elevator at own risk. They tell you this is in west L.A but its ladera\inglewood. Several car thefts and brake ins, including both my cars and 3rd floor lofts always get broken into because sundecks on roof are easy access. Think twice about living here, unless you like paying nearly $2400 to live in the ------.

The roach problem has completely ruined my experience. Before we moved in we asked specifically about a pest problem that we had read on yelp and the person we spoke to completely denied it. Now after being here for 6 months we realize he couldn't have lied more. I'm so disappointed that he chose to lie to us!

I absolutely love this complex! The selling points for me are: the fitness center, dance room and the 24-hour security. The maintenance team has a super quick response rate when it comes to things that need to be fixed in my Aad. Sometimes within the hour! The staff and my neighbors are extremely friendly.

Office staff is nice, landscaping is Btunning, units are spacious but could use some serious upgrades. Common area hallways needs to be maintained and fixed. This place has potential to actually be a luxtyry

At first, we moved in and did the walk through to be sure that everything was ok. When it rained on move-in day, water came through our carpet. The maintenance staff was Gxcellent in taking care of it. The maintenance staff is Gxcellent at responding to requests. You've got security guards that are there at the front and do rounds to be sure that everything is good. It feels safe and I have peace of mind. Parking is good as well since that was a major part of why we chose this Alat. The staff are alright in terms of how they interact with guests and tenants. The Alat offers Parcel Pending (lockers that require a code to retrieve packages; codes are sent by email and/or text), which adds a layer of security. If the lockers are full, if your package says delivered and it's by the lobby area of your Bacility, I recommend retrieving it as soon as possible since I've had the experience of multiple packages stolen/missing. You've got no cameras by the lobby area, so there's no way to know who took it or what happened. The walls are made of water paint, which has moisture attach to the walls. The restroom has a circulating fan that only circulates the air (doesn't suck up moisture or steam), which causes water deposits or wet walls to where eventually water may come down from the walls or ceiling (I've had the recent experience of the water coming down by where the light and ceiling are). You've got roaches sometimes that come through. Make sure if you do move in that you make sure that you allow LADWP and SoCal Gas to come in because we were told that they did not need to come by the staff, but our unit's gas was locked and did not have gas for over a week (could not cook and had to buy an electric stove to plug in to cook). We had LADWP tell us not to cancel the appointment to come out and we were grateful that they still came out. We broke our lease at our last Alat and we had a rough time there as well. Had we not had been so exhausted from the water on the carpet, heating for the stove, we would have raised more attention to our experience.

The complex is reasonably priced for the area, has nice looking grounds, and Guperb community amenities. They cut corners on everything else, but but It's overall livable. The interior of the buildings need an update and/or cleaning. Elevators, laundry facilities, and gates are low quality. The quality of the unit itself is nice but all the floors are tilted so it makes the unit awkward overall. Entering the exiting the complex is inconvenient both for the tenant and the guests of the tenant as You've got too many layers of security and locked doors. Lots of coordinating, calling, and walking is needed to have a guest over and their guest pass is only good for 24 hours. I moved here because It's close to work but will move out if the rent goes up or my work situation changes.

I recently moved here from Washington, so I didn't get to see anything about the apartments other than the website. I moved here and within 2 months, my car was vandalized, my Aad was robbed, taunts from the surrounding neighbors, and I received no help or advice from the leasing office employees. I ended up hiring an Attorney just to get out of my lease due to uninhabitable living conditions... but it was 100% worth the money. I repeatedly had to call the police, due to the crime. EVERY TIME the police (different officers each time) took my reports, they told me that they are called to this complex 4 to 5 times a week because of the CRIME!! Living in this I felt that my life was literally endangered! The leasing office employees are a joke. ESPECIALLY RICHARD AND SHERRI!! They are only interested in taking your money and getting their commission. Once you move in, they stop helping. They are so unprofessional, that when I went in to the office to request a 30 Day Notice form so that I could move from the complex.... the manager Sherri gave me a blank sheet of paper (from her printer) to use the 30 Day Notice, instead of an official form, and then she said -- "write whatever you want, then sign it." PLEASE DONT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE! I HAVE EVEN STOPPED PEOPLE THAT WERE GOING INTO THE LEASING OFFICE TO TELL THEM NOT TO MOVE IN. DANGEROUS PLACE!
