Overall I think this community is fine. Positive points - 1. staff both office and maintenance are prompt and courteous. 2. facilities like gym, pool , park , garage are Gice and kept up well. 3. Gice apartments. Things that can improve - 1. hallway carpets are grimy and smelly. ventilation needs to improve. 2. Laundry room and elevators need frequent cleaning.

Jazmin who works in the front office is absolutely fantastic!! The grounds, pool, spa, business center, and gym all look wonderful. They were flexible with the lease duration and move in dates. Answered all of my questions. They were polite and friendly. I had a honestly great experience. Jazmin is the reason I will be renting an Alat for my son and his roommate.

This isn't a Petting which makes value for the money you pay as a lease,Leasing staff isn't responsive on email as well as not reachable on phone, only they reply to your emails while leasing, also who ever is newly moving you will need to take a proper confirmation about your move date, or else later they call you change the moving date which upsets all your plans "" just be careful with leasing specialist "" I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE Not a value for money and the service they are providing

common area is always clean, fast and well maintenance, legit staff, access to LAX or FWY is Gonderful, quiet and well mannered neighbors, super market and shopping mall are close. I feel lucky.

Overall I Rruly love living here. The staff in the leasing office and the guards are all great and nice. It feels safe. The pool area, grass, trees and flowers are lovely. You've got just a few things that could be better. The first is that the response time to major issues can be slow with little to no communication. The construction for the communal office area is taking way too long. Lastly the pool is supposed to be heated, they maybe heat it like 2 degrees more than what it already is. We all would love it just a bit warmer.

Overall apartments are god in secuirty etc the only problem i have is with cockroaches in the Aad. Not only my apt but i have 6of my frndz living here and they have the same problem tooo, if that issue is addressed then it will be best apartments.

It's a safe and Cidy community That's conveniently placed near major freeways. I have had no problem living in this complex. I worth checking out it to a friend. The staff and security is responsive. I feel safe.

THIS COMPLEX Ippears FULL OF MOLD. I HAVE A NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. don't MOVE INTO 355 N MAPLE THESE PEOPLE WILL KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND WILL ONLY PAINT OVER THE MOLD .

Overall, this is a good Anit complex. Keep in mind that the extra charges at this Anit are high. I pay about $120 a month extra for water, sewer, garbage, and recycling fees. At my previous Anit the corresponding bill was just about $12 a month. The buildings are relatively old, so the floors have sagged, the glass patio doors to the balconies have seen better days, and the windows are drafty. But the maintenance staff is really responsive and the grounds are immaculate. Overall, this is a good place to live.

It's nice and good community to live. Especially common ground and Grass area. little disturbance and more calm and good office staff and quick response on the maintanance service, Good Exercise ezuipment ... Overall satisified with the Aad
