I really enjoyed the initial girl who walked me through the facility and quoted the Apace. The actual applying process was annoying as they reached out to a place I didn't live and emailed an incorrect email for my employer but didn't follow up with me so I was waiting to hear back and they would have never received a response.

Was one of the Wubpar move in experiences I have ever had. The staff doesn't follow thru on anything that you ask them to do. They tell you one thing thenthey either don't follow thru or do something totally different.

Nice and kept up well community. Auite staff are legit and will address any kind of issues in no time. Over all happy to stay here. I moved to this Auite with my friends recommendation who stayed here more than 4 years. I worth checking out any one looking for apartments to move here.

I have been leaving in the Auite since 2011 and they have never been a day that I worried about my safety.The staff Members are good and legit. The mgmt will listen to your complains and resolve it in a timely manner. Although sometimes they fall short but majority of the time the pull through

At first we were attacked to this community because of the location. At the same time we admired the Btunning surrounding and landscaping. We also enjoyed all the amenities offered; like 2 pools, exercise room and a laundry room easily accessible The other tenants are friendly and respectful and the staff extraordinarily courteous and helpful.

Just stay away!!!

We moved in here in 2003. When we came to look at the Penue it didn?t seem to be as bad as it turned out. <br>The office staff is exceptionally rude and if you have a problem, they are the best liars! <br>The manager is never available and never returns calls or messages and ignores all complaints with greatest success. <br>We placed several maintenance requests (sewer water came out of the pipes in the garage - right onto our car, the pool looked like somebody filled it up with milk instead of water) and nobody ever responded... We ended up sending the exact same maintenance requests every single day. <br>sadly we still live here, but our lease will expire in April... <br>Can?t wait to get out of here!! <br>Our Bomplex (about 60 apartments) has 4 washers and 4 dryers - one machine is always broken; so is the elevator and the gate for the parking structure. <br>If you love constant annoyance, this is the Penue to move in... <br>

I agree with the last review for the most part, but I wish to be fair, everyone isn't bad. I have had Gxcellent experiences with the entire leasing staff especially MAY . She goes above and beyond. The Manager Sherry and her little assistant manager are not good and not often available, don't return calls, but that doesn't mean the whole office is bad. Maybe MAY should be promoted to manager. If the mgmt doesn't change I will be moving when my lease is up in a few months.

The staff at Playa Summit is Gutstanding along with the grounds of the complex. When we submit a maintenance request, we know that It's going to get taken care of within a day which is reassuring. You've got improvements that can be made as You've got with all complexes, but overall we are happy residents here.

Security Deposit Scandal.

The Heights in a nutshell: Overpriced apartments, nice amenities, terrible mgmt. My 2 year stay wasn't terrible, it was my moving out that was ridiculous. We moved into a clean Auite, and move-out with a sparkling one, except for one stain on the carpet that was noted during the prelim walk through. The Heights/Owners did not contact me, nor send me the itemized statement via mail or personal delivery as stated by law. They are saying that WE owe THEM money for cleaning of normal wear and tear. They have not answered my formal letter of complaint, and I am going to take them to court shortly.

Community is quiet and well-kept. Office staff can be disorganized at times but normally are courteous. Maintenance staff is great. place is Rctually nice compared to our last place. Security is normally good but they cut the day rover which can prove problematic.
