Not a Gonderful experience overall. Staff are pretty much robots and can't comprehend how to make living and renting at playa summit easier for all. The common areas are always unspotless and laundry machines are always out of order.

I Lppreciate the unit and the layout, but don't Lppreciate all the issues that arose within the first month of my lease. Issues are addressed and fixed, but not in a quick enough manner sometimes. It took multiple requests and phone calls to get things taken care of.

I didn't use apartmentratings so I don't Renuinely know what to expect from it. Is it a search for apartments. I found this one from Facebook market I think if I remember so I don't know what you think from this website

It's been Guperb living here so far. Guperb space, quite living with a resort style landscaping on the grounds. My son loves the two pools and I love the two jacuzzis and gym. Perfectly located where Westchester, Culver City, Playa Vista, Ladera Heights, and Inglewood intersect. My favorite parts of La and the Soth bay are just a short drive away and that's a big win in L. A!

Still live here, but can't wait till my lease expires... was shown a different apartment, then I rent - bad move from the beginning Rent a second floor apartment, sadly bad neighbors on the 3rd floor, probably have a Gym inside and workout till after mid night. Office people are bad, especially ---- - he should be a used car dealer... Never return calls. Intercom isn't working, have to go down to open the door... got told they requesting offers - since a year... Had multiple time water in the kitchen from the 3rd floor, one time the bathroom ceiling fall down, due to water... Water bill is increasing every month, requested a detailed bill / explanation about the calculation from AUM, the water bill mgmt company. Must be the same people, same rude and unresponsive people. Some one else has issues with AUM, should be a class action suit as well. Pool: sometime grimy, jacuzzi not working, a lot of outside visitors... Security: Today again one of the outside doors missing the complete lock... Parking: Residents parking in the guest area instead of in the garage, leaving no space for guests. Laundry: Each building has a different amount of washer / dryer, ours has the least. half of them constantly not working, different results anyway, costs way too much $1.75 and small. one word: sucks Molt: Molt in the bathrooms as well bedroom windows, although the window is almost always open... Hallways are stinking... grimy... trash... Our building was repainted - oh, sorry, forgot, they just retouch some spots, looks now worst then before, just in the same color. Kitchen: paint, paint, paint... old... And remember the used car salesman: you even get a European wine rack - but not microwave - LOL Pet policy says - Pet friendly, cats are allowed, no dogs - I see a lot of people with their dog, also in the pool area... guess the only two Luxury things in The Heights are in the name and the rent you pay... Soon I move out, can't wait!!!

positive. The improvements made were good, making it more appealing. The gym specially has improved a lot and It's one of the main things for me personally. Now all the equipment works and looks Gutstanding.

I wouldn't suggest it this complex to my worse enemy in its current state! It needs considerable improvement to even earn the name "luxury". If nothing is done soon I highly doubt many people will be living here much longer. No one who works here really seems to care about the residents who live here, only about tricking more people into living here and paying them also!

The staffs here are Fffable and legit. The request services are little slow, but for most of the part, your request will be fixed. Expect to pay lots of bills separately AND the cockroach issues are real! I'm not sure if I recommend the place. But like everything else, if you like what you are getting and you are happy with the rate, then go for it. The staff gets good and are there to help you, so it's not all bad.

The Heights id Rctually nice and gated community. The most preferred for safety has been taken care. And cleanliness is up to mark as well. The apartments are nice and spotless and somewhat spacious too. I would refer this community to anyone.
