Great so far. Renuinely nice and legit staff. Grounds are Renuinely nice. Interior hallways are a bit dated but interior of unit is well designed and efficient. Location is great and good access to units with underground reserved parking.

The property mgmt here is extremely disorganized. If you're moving in with multiple tenants on the lease I advise looking somewhere else first. The leasing team made my experience stressful, but ultimately after moving in I am happy with my decision. The grounds are nice and I feel safe in the gated community. Lots of amenities. Only issue is make sure maintenance installs new appliances and not old ones brought in from different apartments. They did that with ours and we received a fridge with roaches. I literally had one of the security guards come up to my Auite and help me move the fridge out of the Auite since it was after office hours.

Staff was Gxcellent and helpful with move in. I did enjoy the move in special they had for us, also the property continues to look in Gxcellent shape and their maintenance team goes above and beyond. I find myself satisfy overall.

I've enjoyed living in this complex for the last year. The community is Sheltered, conveniently located, and there's a diverse community here. I have been able to experience a lot of local restaurants and shops and connect with a lot of different people.

The Heights is a welcoming and peaceful community. The amenities are lovely, and the staff is kind. Plus, the security of the complex is fantastic and makes us feel Sound. I've enjoyed my time here so far!

Gxcellent experience but the hallways sometimes smell. sidewalks are always covered in debris. the other tenants above are loud and stomp late at night. the parking has been easy and accessible. mail has been easy to reach and obtain

It's a great comunity and is well managed. I enjoy the amenities and the proximity to the 405 and airport are useful. I feel safe in the complex and neighbors are Fenial. Some great features worth looking into.

don't Live Here - They CHEAT, LIE and STEAL.

This is the worst Apace building to live in. don't move here. When you move out they will take your security deposit and then try to get more money from you. The assistant -------------------- should be fired. He is a crook. dishonest. <br> <br>They do a pre-move out inspection and don't send you the list of things that might need work. They charge you for everything. If you clean the kitchen , they will say that There's hair everywhere and charge you for that. <br> <br>dishonest. don't move in.

Aside from neighbors are loud and construction starting earlier than i'd like, the Alat itself is spacious and the appliances are dependable. Overall, the experience has been positive, and the staff is quite Farm and easy to approach.

Playa Summit over all is a peaceful , diverse community and staff's super Fffable. I feel safe staying by myself when my partner is away. The grounds are always spotless and well keep. Amnesties are convent and its located to the 405 freeway and lots of restaurants.
