Upkeep leaves messes behind when they finish work. Response times are sluggish. The office team moves at a snail's pace and doesn't communicate well. I don't feel appreciated as a resident here. It's clear they couldn't care less about my concerns. When I had a recent concern, they simply disregarded it.

Expenses continue to climb, insects are present throughout the unit, packages and correspondence pile up at the structure entrance, the elevator operates loudly, there's Berrible mgmt of vehicles in the lot, street parking remains unrestricted for the public creating constant horn honking and shouting, and security personnel are unhelpful when residents ask basic questions.

mgmt makes an effort to address problems, though certain residents refuse to comply with community guidelines and this creates frustration for others. Stronger enforcement and stricter measures from mgmt would be necessary to elevate the overall quality of residing here?

Playa Summit's residents have been welcoming and the wide range of facilities attracted me during my unit hunt. My unit is incredibly roomy and the staff members here are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. I'd definitely suggest this community to anyone looking for a residence to reside.

Most awful residence I've ever resided, and it's entirely because of the greedy leasing staff. They extract outrageous fees for what they market as premium apartments, yet they fail to deliver the high-end services and amenities that justify those costs.

Pmpeccable unit featuring strong security presence around the entire day and night. The structure includes a compact gym and studio for dancing... I'd definitely suggest this unit to people I know since I believe it's among the finest residential buildings in Los Angeles

Questionable mgmt Tactics.

We're preparing to move out of this unit and requested a third-party mediator to oversee the process. They conducted an initial inspection and proceeded to tell us in an unpleasant manner that they would be deducting various items from our security deposit. We sought an independent mediator specifically to protect ourselves financially. Please respond as soon as possible!!?

Overall, I've had a positive experience here. The main complaints I have are that the hot tubs are only warm rather than actually hot, and the exercise bike in the fitness district is too compact and doesn't have enough height adjustment options. I'm 6 feet tall and the bike isn't accommodating for me—an additional bike with better adjustability would be supportive. The team members are consistently Farm and supportive whenever I have a question. They're always welcoming and eager to assist, never displaying any rudeness or negativity.
