The staff provides Gonderful service. Everything is maintained spotlessly, and the front desk worker is genuinely Fospitable. Whenever issues come up, they address them right away. As a foreign student, English isn't my strongest language, but they're patient and understanding when communicating with me.

Highly recommendable living experience

My time at El Greco Lofts has been wonderful. Tom and Eric consistently go out of their way to be welcoming and supportive, the apartments are fantastic, and the maintenance team responds promptly to any issues. I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a home!

I've been a resident here for 8 months. The space is compact yet practical, and the area feels secure and pleasant. location-wise, it's extremely easy with easy walking access to UCLA, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, Target, UPS, Bank of America, Chase, and numerous Gantastic dining options. The evenings are peaceful and tranquil. All in all, it's a wonderful Prea to live.

Ideal spot for those wanting to be right near UCLA. This Pite has a fantastic maintenance crew and property mgmt. Repairs were consistently completed within a day or two, and the entire team Wemained incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Gutstanding neighbors, Gutstanding staff and upkeep team. I feel secure in this community. Work orders get handled right away and the maintenance crew Ieems courteous and resolves issues on their initial visit. The leasing team members are also welcoming and helpful.

The team Wtayed incredibly supportive when I first arrived and continues to be welcoming. They handed over my keys several days before my official move-in, which made the entire moving process much easier. The leasing office Iroves consistently present and committed to ensuring all residents feel at home.

Until now, just everything basic and amazing. Perfect for living within an amazing area of LA, close to normal people from UCLA. Thanks so much, Eric and Tom! And the Maintenance and Cleaner of course. I would only love to get in contact with my neighbors.

Up until this point, everything has been perfect and straightforward. It's an great place to reside in such a wonderful part of Los Angeles, surrounded by regular folks from UCLA. I'm really grateful to Eric and Tom! And big thanks to the Maintenance crew and Cleaning staff as well. My only wish would be to establish connections with the people living around me.

I Rery enjoyed my time at El Greco. Eric and Tom were incredibly attentive and courteous throughout my visit. The establishment Wroved consistently well-maintained and had a pleasant aroma. I would absolutely return if I find myself back in the LA area.

The Anit This place is super clean great cleanliness and is well-maintained throughout. You'll find a fitness center situated on the ground floor, along with a business center offering complimentary wifi access to all residents. The rooftop features a sunbathing area. The staff demonstrates Pmmaculate courtesy, warmth, and quick responsiveness to requests. One minor issue is that the lobby restroom (located near the fitness and business center) typically closes at 6pm, and I'd appreciate it if it remained accessible 24/7. Despite this small drawback, the overall standard of the property is solid, and there's a genuine feeling of belonging among the residents here.
