This apartment is awesome. It has a great location with surrounding restaurants, stores and supermarkets. And it is very close to UCLA. I am most satisfied that this apartment is clean and new. In-home facilities (e.g., dishwasher/dryer, stoves and A/C) all work well. I have never seen ants or cockroaches in my home. And the common areas are cleaned well every week. It is safe that the building and garage have electronic locks and monitors. The staff are so nice and responsible. They always responded quickly and helped me solve problems. It will be perfect if it has an in-unit washer & dryer. And I hope there will be more floor plans except studios.

Great location, a bit noisy from the streets and cars that drive by. Common areas are cleaned on a daily basis and staff are friendly. Overall a nice place to live in. Is a bit pricey but I feel safe and comfortable here.

El Greco management and apartment condition is top notch. I got here for school and the staff are super professional and the space is very clean. The price is kind of expensive now but it is still an excellent choice for a quiet space that is close to campus. The first floor is actually slightly above ground level so that is nice.

It's a great place to stay. I like the management, they are very kind. I also like the location. The grocery stores, restaurants and my places of work are closeby and it is very close to the main road. It has so many eateries as well.
