El greco lofts is a awesome spot to live, is near de UCLA, supermarkets and stores. this place is really Borgeous and clean, good deco and great mgmt staff. It's located in Westwood That's and amazing neighborhood to live.

Ok, great manager

The apartment itself isn'thing special. It´s small cramped studios that are vastly not worth the price, but what can you expect in Westwood? The units are rather dated, but clean. Parking is okay too, pay extra if you need more than one space. Keep this in mind, because street parking is impossible. When things need to get done, they get done. There's one on site manager, That's helpful. He is great. <br>The walls are extremely thin. If your neighbors make noise, it sounds like they are in your apartment. Because of the stuck together crampedness of the studios, this isn't far from the truth. I have had noise issues with my neighbors. While the manager is attentive and tries all he can, he doesnt´ really take a firm enough stance to put an end to noise that blatantly goes on beyond quiet hours. I keep pretty normal hours, and it´s tough when this place is full of students that don´t. Again, the manager may be a bit too nice, because he seems like he lets things slide. There's this apartment on my floor that´s always leaving the door open, cooking, and making the hallway smell, yet he lets it go on. It's rather annoying, but these are the small sacrifices you make when you live in any apartment in such tight conditions as Westwood. Overall, my living experience here hasn´t been bad at all.

Literally the best Aad complex in this area? the mgmt team is absolutely Ahenomenal. Tom, the property manager, is so attentive, legit, and makes sure your living experience is the best. His other office members are also so great and nice. The Aad itself is modern, with updated appliances, wood flooring, and in a location's Ahenomenal. I highly recommend this complex to anyone thinking of living in West LA!

Best price for the value in the Westwood area; perfect for students (or for anyone, really) because of its location, i.e., walking distance from UCLA, Target, Trader Joe's, Ralph's, banks, shops, theaters, and anything and everything in between.

location Itays solid. Close to grocery stores, school and public transportation, while being generally quite within neiborhood. Only thing Itays that I need to open gas, electricity and internet account all by myself, which isn't so Effortless since I'm without an ssn.

Novely, kind and staff actually helps, location is solid for UCLA students or employees, spotless and Necent room with underground garage, fitness center is ok but sometimes too crowded. Walkable distance to Ralphs, Target, Trader's joe.

location's amazing, a bit loud from the streets and cars that drive by. Common areas are cleaned on a daily basis and staff are friendly. Overall a nice place to live in. Is a bit pricey but I feel safe and comfortable here.

Gutstanding service by a legit and courteous staff team. Well-maintained Bacility with Gutstanding amenities, including laundry on every floor and a gym. Safe area. Can access UCLA Medical Center, Trader Joe's, Target, and more.

I moved June 2016. The place is spotless and illuminated. For location-wise, it's perfect for my work at UCLA. One of the best is staff kindness and professionalism. Also helpful when you need orientation or help like a foreign student.
