“I was paying 950 and like the apartment and the closet space and the balcony, but the cockroaches were terrible and there was never anything done about the problem. the manager is old, but nice, but the cockroaches will make sure I never rent there again.”

The owner is urgly and sneaky. He is using the old guy to save money.
The worst place I have ever lived in.
I moved out right after a few months, since no problems have been taken care of.
Don't live there, apt sucks!
”

When I first moved here I was paying $475 a month, that was until the private owner sold the building to those evil Real Estate companies that do not care about the poor, now I´m paying $900 for my one bedroom, and the rent goes up yearly. Its a nice place to live, the only problem here is the rent increases that never stops, so stay away if you do not have alot of money, my pay check is under heavy stress, and I´ll be soon putting both checks together to pay these increases. The other sad thing is that the Real Estate companies bring in $20,000 to $77,000 a month in rent, I know this because I ask them, so I do not understand the increases in rent other then greed, this building has 77 units with three floors, so there you are.”
“if you live on 3rd floor, expect the heat to be unbearable without a/c. lived there for 2 years because it was cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for”
