“couchroach infested. paper thin walls. showers have the toliet in them. 900 bucks a month to live. bad parking. didnt have a door knob for a month....had to use dead bolt to keep it locked did not enjoy my stay here. do not rent from this company.”

“I moved to LA not too long ago to be an actor. You know how it goes. Anyway, needed a place for cheap but didn't want to live in an awful place or an awful neighborhood. Found Silver Lake Towers because it is near my friends in Silver Lake and the bars I go out to at night. Pretty good place. The building is older but is has some charm. The units are tiny but sort of perfect for what I need. Adequate space for a bed, good sized kitchen appliances, and then some. Manager has been friendly and stuff gets fixed in a decent amount of time. I'd say rent here. I have no complaints.”
