“Hollywood Knickerbocker is a DUMP! I was called by the apartment staff to visit the office and doing so a Exterminator came inside and the Manager 'Amy' asked him if he found any Bed bugs, BED Bugs!!! He said no but he did find Roaches in literally all the Units he was sent to for pest control. Amy asked how bad and said "bad"! Plus there wasn't a single apartment they would show me even though I was called to come to the office as I would be their next tenant. Since they wouldn't show me a single apartment I asked about the features of the Units and was told they have no microwaves (what apartment doesn't have a microwave nowadays!) and the building hasn't been remolded in YEARS apparently. While waiting for the office to open I rode the elevator to a random floor and without getting off looked into the hall when the doors opened only to be shocked to see a VERY threadbare red indoor-outdoor hallway carpet with large and small dark stains on the carpet. Fearing my feet would get stuck to the carpet I didn't go look any further to see the condition of the common areas etc.”
