“The manager has went out of their way to not only get rid of my google review. Also the google search for the apartments so no one can read my honest review. What kind of place is this for my grandma? I came to visit her and wanted to spend the night and my truck almost gets towed. They have two parking spots by the gate that is apparently a 2 hour parking only!? Why!? That's how they treat visitors? You got drug addicts on the second floor and an elevator that breaks down CONSTANTLY leaving the elderly stuck until the fire dept. comes. And they are worried about someone visiting their grandma? Talk about priorities. Where's the consideration? They're trying to tow the truck of someone who wants to spend time with their grandmother? Why would they take all the bad things that happen here out on innocent people? These are senior citizens that live here. How can they not be more accommodating to people coming to visit their loved ones? Why are they policing who parks in the only 2 visitor spots they have? If you're really worried about guest and suspicious activity, you should have them park in the front where you can watch them instead of having them park all the way in Alaska. I normally bring a lot of things for my grandma and now I gotta park on the street and bring all those things, my things and my daughter from where ever I end up parking. That's if I'm lucky to find parking near by. Very well deserved 1 star. How did someone with this kind of logic become a manager? How about you stop being cheap. So you can keep what you don't spend on maintenance for yourself? How about pay for new elevators already. How about you tell security to get off his phone, so instead of having a time limit for visitors, he can actually identify who is coming in. Whether they are there legitimately or there for other reasons than to visit. Nothing will likely change because there is no professionalism here. I can tell by the way these rules are being enforced, that they were made by someone with spiteful intent based off past experiences. I feel sorry for the people who live here. They have an incompetent manager. I wonder how this person treats their personal guests. Do they have to park all the way in Alaska too?”

What kind of environment is this for my grandmother? I visited her and wanted to stay overnight, and my vehicle nearly got towed. There are only two parking spots near the entrance designated as 2-hour parking only!? Why would they do that? Is this how they welcome family members? There are substance abusers on the second level and an elevator that constantly malfunctions, leaving senior residents trapped until firefighters arrive. Yet they're concerned about a family member parking here to see their grandmother? That's a strange priority. Where's the compassion? They almost had my truck hauled away just because I wanted to visit my grandma? Why punish visitors over problems that occur in the structure? These are older adults residing here. Shouldn't they be more flexible about accommodating guests who want to see their relatives? Why are they monitoring the two guest parking spaces so strictly? If you're genuinely concerned about suspicious activity, why not require guests to park in front where security can monitor them rather than sending them to the far end of the lot? I usually bring supplies for my grandmother, but now I have to park blocks away and carry everything—my belongings, my things, and my daughter—from wherever I find a spot. That's assuming there's even accessible street parking. This residence absolutely deserves 1 star. How did someone with such poor judgment get hired as manager? Stop being stingy. Maybe you wouldn't pocket what you save by avoiding upkeep spending. Why not upgrade the elevators already. How about you have security actually do their job instead of being glued to their phone, so you can properly screen visitors rather than setting arbitrary time limits. Nothing will improve because there's no integrity in mgmt. The rules seem designed by someone acting from spite over past grievances. I feel poor for the residents here. They're stuck with an ineffective manager. I'm curious how this person treats their own family visitors. Do they also have to park way out in the back?”
