“I lived at this property for 1 year and 9 months. The good- The location is great, walking distance to stores and restaurants, close to the park. The bad-If there is a problem or an issue it would be a long a painstaking process trying to get it fixed. Upon move-in the hot water heater didn't work. I spent the entire month relighting the water heater's pilot on a daily basis, which only sometimes worked and as a result took a lot of cold showers! Any problems/issues took a very long time to get fixed. Elliot seemed to not want to be bothered; instead, he would tell me to "speak directly with Mike" his handyman. Mike was very difficult to work with. He is not very responsive, It often took days to get a response back. When he would eventually come out he would often suggest that we caused the problem and refuse to fix it! At the end upon the security walkthrough, no surprise, Elliot didn't want to be involved. He had Mike do the walkthrough and allowed him to make the decision of how much of our security deposit to take (almost all of it - mainly to repaint the walls. Super unnecessary.)”
