“It's so sad that I must live her;but until I relocate let me tell you a little about this place. Security in the garage is only available 3 times a week and their either drunk or sleeping on the job while are cars are being stolen or broken into. this is maybe a 300 unit building and all they can afford is only one housekeeper who never works weekends; so if the dogs poop in the elevator on Friday night it doesn't get cleaned until Monday afternoon. There is only one maintenance worker who rarely does any work. Not to mention the main door locks are always broken so all of the homeless people that sleeps out in their campers in front of the building can just come on in!The walls are always covered with graffiti from our local gang bangers from across the river. They raise the rent every year which is usually $50; but this year they raised it $100 just so they can cut the trees down which were dangling on the electrical wires, our windows and balconies. This building is worse then a section 8 building down in east LA; tons of Filipino, mexican, korean, middle eastern and black kids running up and down the hallways and garage and not to mention their parents who walks their dogs and don't pick up the dogs poop! This building is very nasty and it sucks that I live here.”
