“Old building, terrible management. Roaches everywhere, coming from neighboring units. Old walls with mold are just painted over. Terrible sound management, can hear everyone from the hallway, and the floors have no insulation between the vinyl. The old manager was rude and dismissive, and the new one isn't much better. Tenants smoke and drink outside almost everyday, leaving their trash right on the street but he doesn't do anything. The location is convenient, but there are a lot of things wrong with this place, especially if you're a new tenant paying "market" rate.”

I can't remember the last time the place was painted. The manager is nice, but the owners clearly don't care about the living environment they provide for their tenants. The day I move will be one the happiest days of my life.”

I kept my kitchen and the rest of the apartment spotless, but I would still ocassionally see them in my apartment. At least half of the times I left my apartment and walked the hallways, I would see them crawling around. AT LEAST half the times over the year I lived there. NASTY! The problem is that there are so many units and they are all connected and indoors. It's harder to control roaches that way. Another plus other than the rent was that the units had old-school washers and dryers in them; however, the water was never really clear, so I didn't feel comfortable using the washer since I would be washing my clothes in dirty water. I would have broken my lease, but I was a broke grad student and couldn't afford to lose my deposit. Unless you don't mind seeing roaches all over on a daily basis, STAY AWAY!”
