“I enjoy living at Palm Royale, though the rent is (understandably) a bit high. You're definitely paying for the area and amenities; it's a great location in Palms/Culver. I commute to UCLA and can easily get there within 20 minutes on most days, which is largely due to Sepulveda Blvd running parallel alongside the 405 freeway. If non-service pets were available, I'd probably re-lease again.”

“Excellent management staffs! Very professional and highly supportive to tenants. The staffs are very responsive to tenants and all the repairs are done in a timely manner. Building is clean and well-maintained and in a great neighborhood!”

“It has been ok aside the somewhat discriminatory manger. I enjoy the community and the cleanliness but I don't appreciate how the front desk workers treat me. I've been accused of smoking weed when i don't even smoke.”

“The Palm Royale apartment complex is extremely well kept and quiet, despite being on a busy street. It is managed well by Diana and Adam. My service requests are responded to immediately and effectively. I do not plan on moving any time soon as I love it so much!”

“From day one I had a fantastic experience at Palm Royale. I was out of the country when I decided to move to a new apartment and the entire staff was extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork done quickly for my move. Rent was reasonable, they offered a move in special at that time which was a plus, the apartment unit was even better than I expected and the amenities are great. The rooftop is also a nice addition. Love the experience so far!”

“I lived here for 1 year and this is an honest review for whomever is interested so they know the whole truth upfront. First of all this is not a luxury apartment by all means. The building is old and has a horrible smell, the inside of the apartments is quite old and worn down as well. There is a HUGE problem which is the elevator has an excessive noise that disrupts living or sleeping. When I moved in , there was dead roaches in the kitchen cabinets and I have seen quite a few during my stay here. There is a silverfish infestation in the building, there is dozens every week that I see. The worst thing is the management is quite careless, no matter how much you complaint they do nothing. Even with regular maintenance issues , most of the time nothing is done. There is several instances when there is no hot water. They do offer a gift for people to write a good review , so the good reviews are fake. Unfortunately I consider it an unacceptable living situation. There is an additional 100 $ utility bill , they are calling it energy bill to heat water which is not usually hot ,and you are paying your own electricity anyway. It is complete theft. The kitchens and bathrooms are disastrous , old appliances and cabinets and they just paint over and over and over. When I moved in I asked they paint my kitchen cabinets because of the roaches and mold I found and I waited days and days and nothing ever got done until I gave up because I have work and other things to do When I came to see the unit I asked if there is any noises in the building and the manager lied. The elevator noise from my unit is horrific, they pretended at first they don't know where the noise is coming from and I had to find out on my own. The worst part was the lack of honesty , now they have been stalling for 11 months pretending they are looking for a solution. I asked them to sound proof my bedroom which would cost 100$ at most and they refused to do it. Additionally the garage got broken into a couple of times. They increased the rent ridiculosly , trust me this place is not worth it at all. you will see hell living here !”

“Moving in was very smooth. Diana and Adam along with their property management staff helped me throughout the process. I love the apartment and location. I would recommend one to checkout the place and plan to move-in if looking in the same area.”

“Great apt. Complex & neighborhood to live in. Close to all necessities. Office staff very helpful and fast response. Things to consider is that the ceilings are quite thin as you can hear upstairs neighbor walking everywhere-sounds like they are stomping every single step, maintenance guy does sub par job and sometimes incomplete job and also comes with no notice, shower water ALWAYS fluctuates between extremely hot and extremely cold-EVERY SINGLE SHOWER, even though he "fixed" it each time, sink gets clogged every several months, fireplace pilot is very high I had to turn it off so it's basically just for aesthetics, paint chips off on doors and bar area and it's hard to get them off the floors, bath tub caulk strips easily, and when it rains the water collects in the balcony and makes the floor soggy-no drainage out.”

“I love the apartment and it's very close to everything including Starbucks. The one complaint that I do have is regarding , but the office staff Diana is nasty, rude and prejudice. Diana who works in the office. She is nasty, rude and prejudice. I am just finding out about some things she said to my daughter and I am not happy. My daughter moved in a year ago and now that she is moving they put an electric bill for the entire apartment on her name without notifying or authorization from her. Then she found out that a deposit check was going to be sent to her roommate. How does that work? You stick the African American girl with a bill and the Asian gets the deposit check. Three days before she moved out she gets a bill with only her name on it but Diana stated it's for everyone. How does that work. I tried to talk to Diana but what she explained didn't make any sense and she is clueless to what binds a contract. I'm going to try to contact the owner and or take legal action.”

“Palm Royale is an excellent value given its location and amenities, especially if you are a couple sharing a 1 bedroom or a dog owner. The building is very secure, the staff is great, and they've taken exceptional care in following CDC and local guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic. Every time a friend is moving, I always recommend Palm Royale.”

“I've lived in Palm Royale Apartment for 3 years and I enjoy my life here. The service is very good as the leasing office will help deliver the packages to residents' doors. The facility is good and I love the swimming pool. I can also enjoy the good view which makes me happy everyday.”

“Wonderful building conveniently located next to Trader Joe's and quick food. Apartments are updated with new appliances and flooring. Love having access to central pool, grill, and gym. Rooftop patio is a plus!”

“I love my patio so I am happy with my units and I met some nice people who also live in the building. However, I did experience major roaches issues for the whole duration of my stay which really ruined the value of my unit”

“Overall a good community. The building is old but renovated. The apartments are nice and the value is pretty good. The amenities are also very nice. They do not allow pets though, and there aren't many community organized events.”

“Great apartment community with good management. No complaints and maintenance requests are managed well and in time. Apartments are spacious and value for money with the current concessions. The only drawback about this place would be that there is no guest parking but there's street parking available.”

“Community is very nice, I lost my car key few days ago, turned out to be found by one of my neighbors! The stuff team is friendly, they will answer any questions immediately, patiently. But certainly there's some problems like cockroaches come from I don't know where..They are big and fast, showed up on the first night I moved in. A little bit creepy.”
