“Do not move here the Management Team is awful especially Alexa the Sales Manager, and they do not care about their residents. No one works in the office, and no one ever answers the phones. Fire alarms going off at all hours of the night every week! Package lockers never work, or your packages are constantly stolen. The elevators breakdown weekly and I've been trapped inside 3 times, and the elevator phones do no work and smells like urine inside. I've had several leaks inside my unit and celiing, wet drywall, and maintenance takes forever to respond & the office lies in emails and says they will be back, and you have to follow up with them for WEEKS to get help!!! The front lobby entrance doors are always broken, and homeless people roam the building daily, steal your mail, and there is no security in sight. The Leasing Manager Alexa has a bad attitude, very unprofessional, combative and extremely rude to residents, and speaks poorly about her team/staff to other residents, and dresses unprofessionally, because clearly there is no dresscode you just wake up and come to work apparently. Recently Alexa mentioned that she is only a Sales Manager, and cant assist with Resident issues, yet there was no one else in the office to assist. Parking is a nightmare as people will park in your space, and there is no one in the office to enforce or tow. The new guest & retail parking gate system doesnt work, and your guests get stuck even after paying, and there is no one to help! Hallway carpets constantly stained with dog feces & urine, and the air doesn't work in the hallways so imagine the smell when it gets hot in the summer. The air in the hallways has been out for two years. Trashcans overflowing, and trash all over the parking garage, and no one cleans the trash rooms. This place has turned into a dump, and Management DOES NOT CARE and they dont even walk the buildings! Once they lease you an apartment the customer service disappears. Sidewalk and entry way by callbox smells like urine and there are way better places to live DTLA than Southpark by Windsor!!!!”

“We've been here for 7 years now I like to say we were some of the first to move in! Trea and her team have been awesome with us since day one, which makes coming home enjoyable. I must add this Blace is super pet friendly, paws down our dogs love it too!! This property is easy to a lot of things here in DTLA.”

The process of signing the lease was extremely comfortable receiving support and assistance from Kaitlin, which was extremely attentive. The rest of the team proves to be equally helpful and kind upon moving in. Also, the Bomplex has a great maintenance staff. JP has already helped solving an unprecedented issue and he did so kindly and quickly. Definitely recommend!”

I strongly appreciate the mgmt and staff for being available to assist when I have a question or concern. The unit's got amenities such as a pool, a gym, a sun deck, and more. I myself don't own any pets, but I enjoy seeing the residents and their pets around the area since it gives the complex a much warmer feeling. The place is located in the south park region of DTLA, which I, along with others would agree is a safer and quieter part of downtown which I preferred. this place is also a short walking distance from the south park farmers market that takes places every Saturday, and is also conveniently located close to Wholefoods and other stores.”

“South Park by Windsor is the place to be. The move in experience was so amazing. I moved in on a Sunday with no problems. Nuria, the leasing agent, is such a sweetheart. The leasing staff are all attentive and courteous. Whenever I have a concern they immediately address the concern. I'm so glad I made the decision to move to this property. I love my apartment and the view is amazing!”

“My ONLY complaint: the floors are too thin. So you can hear high heels and heavy footed people marching around. Walls are super thick so thats not a problem. Otherwise everything iS AMAZING! And staff, maintenance. Super safe.”

“This community was Gxcellent the first 2 years. This last year, the maintenance, the service, the amenities have all gone downhill. Maintenance has been rude, delayed and forgetful. Leasing Consultants are not there to help, every time theres an issue that needs assistance, they don't want to deal with it, except for Nuria, she's the only one taking the time to do what it takes to fix any issues. The Luxer system in packages are a pain. They don't have it set yet and it's a complete disaster in missing packages, locker doors jammed, incorrect codes, and forget it if you have to dig for your package in the large closets, as other tenants don't care and drop the boxes which is understandable due to the frustration in becoming a shipping agent trying to remove all the boxes (heavy ones too) in and out of the locker to find your package... Not thought out....Not happy and can't wait to get out.”

“Upstairs neighbor stomps and has baby constantly crying. Otherwise, it's LA... You've got always going to noise issues outside (sirens, construction, cars, people yelling, etc.). I wouldn't say these are a knock against the Aad building itself, just a general rating on all LA communities and my upstairs neighbor. Staff is extremely helpful, nice, and accommodating. Maintenance staff will arrive ASAP if it's an emergency (fridge not working, leaks, etc.) and typically within 24 hours for more minor issues. Overall, I worth checking out this building to others. It's in a easy location downtown just a 10-15 minute walk from the business side of the city. There's a plethora of amenities, including food options, gyms, nightlife, and the Staples Center (if you're a basketball fan). Guest parking is also available which is a huge bonus in LA.”

“Heading into my third year. I am satisfied overall with the community. The staff is friendly and attentive. They make a good effort to know the residents (and our pets) which adds to the sense of the community of the place. They are also quick to respond to maintenance requests, which is nice. You've got regular mixer events, which is a good way to get to know neighbors and be social. The building's amenities are good. The gym is well-equipped for its modest size and clean. Some residents are not good about using headphones which can be loud. The noise spills into the courtyard and neighboring apartments. It's nice to have a pool, but, the pool could be cleaner. I don't use it often, but there often seems to be debris/leaves/insects floating in it. The construction of this place is average at best. The noise from wall to wall and from floor to ceiling is unbearable. Residents often don't comply with the posted quiet hours (after 8 pm), hosting loud parties and leaving crying/barking pets on balconies at all hours of the night. I hate to complain about noise because the mgmt can't control it and since It's a pretty standard complaint in such a setting. but, There's a security patrol after hours to respond to noise complaints, but they are seldom enforced.”

“The South Park by Windsor is a luxury Apace building located in the heart of downtown L.A. in close proximity to a number of large and small businesses. The building itself has a variety of wonderful amenities, including a conference room for meetings, individual business rooms, a gym, and a pool. There's also outdoor space for intimate get-togethers and larger events. All of these common spaces are spotless and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this building to anyone who is interested in living in downtown L.A.”

“I'm writing this review after recently moving out of SouthPark by Windsor Apartments in Los Angeles, CA, and unfortunately, being scammed out of my deposit. My experience at this property was initially positive when I moved in 2022, but it quickly deteriorated. The management team and front office staff proved to be incompetent and selfish. The office was frequently closed, or staff would hide in the back, making it difficult to address concerns. Maintenance was a significant issue. The team seemed prejudiced, and their work was subpar. Appliances were often only partially fixed, and resolving issues took an inordinate amount of time. Additionally, package theft was rampant in the mailroom and garage. The elevators were constantly broken, causing inconvenience to residents. In light of my experience, I would strongly advise others to explore alternative housing options to avoid the headaches and frustrations I endured. Date of Stay: 2022-2025”

Compared to other apartments I have lived in, the Apace itself is great quality, location-wise, it's ideal, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The amenities in the building are also great - I regularly use the gym and the pool, and the building has monthly resident events. In my old buildings, I felt like there were always issues with amenities and building security - at South Park, I like the security of knowing the doors are always locked and There's a security guard in the lobby all night.”

“I have lived here for 2 years. I love it here. The office staff is great! I never hear my neighbors unless my balcony door is open and someone is playing music. This place is perfect for me. I would stay here if I could, but I can't afford to anymore. There's no major increase in rent like some places in downtown. I just have a bigger Apace on the top floor which is usually more expensive. If you're not a dog person then go find a place that doesn't allow dogs. You've got just as many dogs here as You've got residents. And my dog loves the doggie treats in the office. Just thought I'd share that. South Park is great!”

“Everyone here is Guperb. Work orders are always taken care of asap One thing I would say that doesn't have to do with maintenance is that people smoke on their balconies and it always goes into my apt. It's disgusting. I think we should be more strict on that.”

“I moved to here last Aug 2023. This apartment is really good. Nice amenities and nice staffs. My son really loves gym and my daughter loves meeting room to focus her school works. It has really good location. I can go anywhere without the car. Also parking lot is very safe. Some apartment has only bar type entrance. It has more change to thief. This apartment's parking lot has full covered automatic door. I think it is one of the best thing in here. Neighbor are also good. Very quite. No party people. So I highly recommend this apartment.”

Read the fine print on your contract, especially if you need to leave early because you fear for your life; all provisions are in the contract so that they can gouge $ you on your way out. Be smart. The maintenance team is also responsive, and legit. This is a pet friendly community, so You've got some owners that don't care as much about the property (and will allow their dog's waste to sit in the hallway), but this place gets active during the week when these things happen.”

The leasing agents Nuria, Anastasia, and Gloria are the most caring and attentive ladies I have met making South Park feel like friendly community. My dog Thea loves her daily visits to leasing office where she gets her daily treat and all the attention from the ladies, its Thea's favorite part of the day. The building itself is clean, if something breaks they fix it right away, neighbors are all friendly and everyone is respectful of the quiet hours. I can honestly say this is the best apartment the DTLA has to offer and for the best price! Come find your home here at South Park and say hi to Thea (blue pitbull that's always smiling) when you see her :)”

The grounds are maintained Renuinely well with consistent upkeep and cleaning. Overall, I'm pleased with the property and would definitely recommend it as a place to live.”

We've experienced a couple of AC outages and water shutoffs, though the maintenance team responds fast. It can get somewhat loud if your unit faces the street. “The South Park by Windsor is a luxury apartment building located in the heart of downtown L.A. in close proximity to a number of large and small businesses. The building itself has a variety of wonderful amenities, including a conference room for meetings, individual business rooms, a gym, and a pool. There is also outdoor space for intimate get-togethers and larger events. All of these common spaces are very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this building to anyone who is interested in living in downtown L.A.”

“Upstairs neighbor stomps and has baby constantly crying. Otherwise, it's LA... there are always going to noise issues outside (sirens, construction, cars, people yelling, etc.). I wouldn't say these are a knock against the apartment building itself, just a general rating on all LA communities and my upstairs neighbor. Staff is extremely helpful, nice, and accommodating. Maintenance staff will arrive ASAP if it's an emergency (fridge not working, leaks, etc.) and typically within 24 hours for more minor issues. Overall, I would recommend this building to others. It is in a convenient location downtown just a 10-15 minute walk from the business side of the city. There is a plethora of amenities, including food options, gyms, nightlife, and the Staples Center (if you're a basketball fan). Guest parking is also available which is a huge bonus in LA.”

My dog Thea loves her daily visits to leasing office where she gets her daily treat and all the attention from the ladies, its Thea's favorite part of the day. The building itself is very clean, if something breaks they fix it right away, neighbors are all friendly and everyone is very respectful of the quiet hours. I can honestly say this is the best apartment the DTLA has to offer and for the best price! “There needs to be a better communication line of the leasing office. I can never get a hold of them over the phone and they never respond to emails EVER!!! There is a pressing matter with my neighbor and there is no effort to resolve this on their side.”
