“I've had an incredible experience with Accent, from initial phone call to the move-in, the staff has been incredibly accommodating and friendly. My apartment is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean and quiet. The building is beautifully kept and though I haven't tried the amenities yet, I can't wait until I do! I couldn't be happier with my overall experience and time here and look forward to creating even more beautiful moments in my new home.”

What ever you do, DO NOT MOVE INTO UNIT 147 especially. In the ONE YEAR of living there we had- 2 LEAKS/FLOODS taking over one whole side of the apartment 3 WASHING MACHINE REPAIRS, 1 FRIDGE REPAIR, 1 AIR CONDITIONING REPAIR, 1 MICROWAVE REPAIR, 1 KITCHEN SINK REPAIR, etc there were so many issues it was constant. Mind you these repairs were not fixed in a day, not even a few days, each of these took at minimum a week or two to fix. And that was with us continuously calling the leasing office to move things along. Areyh, the manager of the complex is completely useless. He is very hard to get a hold of and does not offer any costumer service. He will tell you that since the building is 5 years old it's common for the appliances to all be breaking down. And in the end he doesn't work in customer service and no discounts for the issues. The property manager above Areyh also does not care. For having our place have all of these issues we begged to have $300 of our rent. That was the only compensation given and only for the floods. None of the other employees in the office are helpful and its always a revolving door in the office. At least 3 different people in the year I lived there. This place also charges a $50 a month fee for what they call "trash concierge" which really it's everyone leaving their trash in the hallway to be picked up. And if it's not perfectly wrapped in a specific way and in a specific spot it doesn't get picked up. Causing the whole hallway to smell like garbage. I've lived in at least 3 different complexes and this takes the cake for ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Also there are rats in the apartment complex. And they don't care that because of covid you can't use any of the amenities. Continue paying full price for a bunch of things they offer but you can't use.”
“If you want to live in a hidden Gem look no further. Enjoy all of the beauty and fun of playa vista without being in all of the busy mess of the area. Clean living, beautiful pool, unique gym and close to everything! If you own a dog you get to enjoy a cute little doggy area too!”

Some residents are young people of various culture backgrounds, they may be acting out occasionally, but nothing wild. Most people here are nice folks.”
— 5550 GROSVENOR BLVD · LOS ANGELES“I highly recommend not living in this complex for many reasons. To begin with the other new developments that are available in the area are better location. They also offer a lot more in their complexes so I highly recommend against this. The apartments will built very quickly and have had many issues. The floors are laminate so come up over time especially with this humidity. The smoke alarms go off in my unit if I would use the stove or oven. I was recommended to not to use such hight tempertures by the manager. May I remind you that the rent is not cheap. You pay for everything water, valet trash, and a service fee. I've had drawers replaced in the kitchen simply from opening them. The walls and floor are very thin. You can hear everything, above it sounds as if there's wrestling ring above us constantly. The largest issue as a whole in the complex is parking. How many spots your allowed per how large your unit is w being changes additionally for more then one. People park in your spots and they do not tow them just empty threats. They offer guest parking that you have to get passes for at anytime of the day. If you don't have one then you get a note saying you will be towed. Very rare are there ever guest spots. The building is dog friendly but you will def pay for having them there. There's a dog park that isn't cleaned on a daily basis so you really can't full advantage of using for sake of germs. There's owners that clean up and then there's those that don't. There's also a lot college students here so at any given day you may run into a puddle of puke. I personally had an issue from another tenat starting a fire and smoking me out of my unit. It took over 2 months for them to have it cleaned. I had to ask to speak the Rachel's boss then when she realized I was serious she jumped! there has also been a lot theft in the building at hours of the night. The best part is when you get ready to move out. I wouldn't recommend taking the time to clean the apartment when you leave. I left it looking like brand new and they charged me for everything thing you could think of. On top of that they charged me double for my last day of rent as well a full month of water and trash. I wish I could say there's great things to living here but I can't even think of one. Well maybe the pool. It's just hard to imagine working a professional job working extremely hard and then handing over your money to someone that doesn't even value you. It's not cheap to live here and you won't be respected by Rachel. She sweeps it under the table and lacks problem solving to make the tenant happy. I feel relieved not to deal with this company. I highly recommend to not moving here. What little yelp reviews they have are very accurate. I assure you in the end you will be disappointed if you choose to live here. Do yourself a favor pay an extra 200-500 and move somewhere will you will be respected.”
