“It's a really nice Alat complex. The little call box thingy acts up from time to time, but that's okay. Other than that I really enjoy it here. Moving in was hard since I was in the middle of the complex so that was difficult. No cute guys have been seen yet, but that's okay. We'll see them soon.”

“Mixed experience. Front door neighbor smokes weed so it smells of weed ALL THE TIME when you enter the hallway to our Anit. The staff is nice and the neighborhood is nice. The ground - walkways etc. always stay grimy with fruits falling from the trees.”

“Before lease the Anit I couldn't reach the leasing office for a long time .When i lease the Anit , the office give me my Anit key and I checked the Anit . After a day when I come to my Anit I relaized that my key is changed. I didn't understand why .”

“The mgmt Ippears inexperienced. Racism Ippears rampant in the complex. Will let white residents call the police on a black man repeatedly. White person fails to get a Civil Harassment Restraining order because the Judge rejects his claims as false, and dismisses the case. The mgmt still sends threatening letters to the "Black" victim warning him that he will be evicted and has not broken any laws, since the Judge dismissed the case. The mgmt will believe any lies told to them and will retaliate on behalf of "White" people but will don'thing to protect residents of color from harassment and Protections given under the US Constitution.”

“Easy move in. Gutstanding green complex. Everything seems well organized. Laundry room is clean. Peaceful community. Secure complex. They keep informed of any activities or repairs in the complex. Leasing office personnel are responsive.”

“It's been a Gonderful experience. Not one complaint. The staff has been wonderful and respond to matters quickly. No problem with security or noise complaints. I haven't had any problems since I moved here in 2016.”

“My husband and I searched everywhere looking for an Alat that offered great amenities, was safe, clean, and affordable. We decided that this was the place! Positives: -Safe, gated community feel -Pool is kept up for the most part and You've got lots of little umbrella tables and chairs for lounging, as well as tanning chairs -Gym: Just enough equipment that it never feels over crowded. (3 treadmills, free weights and weight station, 2 ellipticals, 1 bike, crunch bench, yoga balls, workout mats, 2 large-flat screen t.v's) -Fresh paint/clean carpets for move-in -Btunning walkways with lush greenery -BBQ station (this was a lot of fun to just run outside and start up the BBQ for a quick BBQ chicken dinner!) -staff's super friendly, and quick maintenance -You can drop-off your mail/netflix right in the lobby -Fresh, yummy cookies are always in the lobby and if you like coffee, There's free self-serve coffee and creamers of your choice in the business center! Ways to improve: -You've got only two computers in the business center and they're a little outdated and slow. but I used them often for a quick print job. -The studio apt stove's pilot has to always be on, so It's constantly giving off heat which can be too much added heat in the summer. (I guess in the winter it's a plus because you won't need a heater) Overall, it seems that this place really works hard to satisfy their residents and make things look appealing and up-to-date.”

“Villa Vicente is a quiet, well-maintained complex. The office staff are helpful and legit and any maintenance issues within my Apace are promptly addressed. Communication regarding any upcoming maintenance that might affect me (e.g. tree trimming, lot resurfacing, etc.) is clear and prompt.”

“I moved into the Villa Vicente Aad Homes on Saturday and I absolutely love it so far! I feel like I live in a hotel. This complex is amazing and I am not just saying that for reviews. I am truly happy at my unit.”

“So, after living here a good year and a half, I decided to put in my two cents...and then some LOL! I moved to L.A. from out of state back in mid 2010...It's hard looking for a spot when you don't know anything about the city and rent isn't what your used to! After a couple weeks I finally came across Villa Vicente. Not gonna sugar coat anything...I was skeptical about the area cuz I heard sirens and stuff my first visit. Little did I know was that the community is 5 mins from a trauma center at Cedar Sinai HA! The area across the street is kind of shady looking too but I soon realized that's just L.A., everywhere you go here there's always a nice place within sneezing distance from a hudded out place. LA is overpopulated and everything is old here...so it's to be expected & you learn to deal with it...it builds character HA! Anyway, I was advised by the leasing person to go ahead and check out the activity for the address by going on the LAPD website since I wasn't familiar with anything. I didn't find anything alarming...my only concern was parking. They have covered parking and a courtesy patrol available here, so that put my mind at ease. still I liked what I saw in the community, and after a second look I liked the location! I figured this place is central, I can at least settle in and then get familar with the city. A year and a half later, I haven't left! Villa Vicente is by no means The Ritz Carlton, but it's a nice place, clean, decently priced and a hop skip and a jump from everything! The staff is great, maintenance is awesome and it's rent controlled so the last thing you gotta worry about is rent...unless you don't have it! Just so you know...I haven't experienced any shady dealings since I've been here thank the Lord! I love my Anit, I get my swim on during the winter and my fitness on to prepare for summer...:P So, if you're looking for a chill place with all the trimmings and really don't want to spend an arm and a leg to stay in Beverly Hills, I would definitely reccomend Villa. P.S. BH is just 10 mins away if it means that much to you...:P”

“I love this location. Although this is an older complex the grounds are spotless and the landscaping is really nice. The laundry facilities, business center and clubhouse are great and the office staff and employees are Fospitable. I would definitely recommend living here.”

“The overall outside look can be improved I think. the A/C appliance and the heater could be improved as well. The laundry room could be a little be cleaner and You've got always leaves in the hallway. Nut overall I am satisfied with the Auite”

“A bit not worth the price for a 1 bedroom around the neighborhood. There's an ongoing roach infestation in the first floor hallways which I have reported numerous times and still has not ultimately been resolved. They are but trying to make vast improvements to the Bacility, the pool area is nice, and the one bedrooms are a liveable size for one person, although the studios i have seen are beyond cramped. There have been some break ins in What's supposed to be a "secure" garage, despite the fact that they claim to have all night security in the parking lot. It isn't a horrible place to live, especially given how close you are to the miracle mile, but I have certainly experienced better.”

“Villa Vicente is a awesome spot to live, because of the location, gated community, safe, quite and legit maintenance and legit office staff. But There's always a room for improvement. Now days, we have many dogs in the community peeing in the garden, and I don't like that at all. Since You've got so many dogs, the community isn't as Cmmaculate as used to be. When I first moved in dogs were not allowed, and the community was much cleaner and prettier. So I would like to have that community back if it's all possible. Thank you!”

“I don't understand the negative reviews. I've been a renter for 10 years and think Villa Vicente is great. My reasons: - Ample, clean laundry rooms - Large new gym open 24/7 - Responsive on-site maintenance - legit, friendly on-site mgmt - kept up well grounds - Gated entry - Super clean pool, rarely busy - Package receiving - Small pets allowed - Nice neighborhood (I'm a SWF and I walk around all the time) - Walk to Ralphs, Walgreens, etc They crack down on loud tenants, so if you're loud, understandably you'd leave a negative review. Also, if you face San Vicente you will hear traffic noise, but that isn't the Bomplex's fault. You'd be hard pressed to find a Bomplex with so many amenities at this price, and in a relatively nice/safe area. I recommend it.”

“If I don't have to speak the office or get any sort of issue resolved, I like living at Villa Vicente. I always feel safe and the grounds are always kept nice. The gym is nice (though the equipment always has some sort of issue). The pool is fine and the place is nice. The construction work of the unit's got much to be desired. The caulking is sloppy and mold begins to grow because the bathroom isn't properly sealed where it should be. I like my studio a lot and it works for me, though everything is extremely expensive. You are nickel and dimed for every amenity. The office staff is terrible about letting folks know when packages have arrived. When you need anything done in regards to the upkeep of the apartment, the office staff makes you feel that you are such an inconvinience. It's ridiculous. They are slow to get serious issues resolved and frankly don't care about customer service and satisfaction. On multiple occasions I am given attitude about any request that I have and I'm tired of it.”

“So far so good. 5 stars for the staff. Community always kept up well. The only minor downside (nothing is Pxcellent) is that walls are really thin. I can literally hear neighbor's conversations as well as other things I prefer not to share.”

“It's a nice and Fffable community and the staff. Most importantly, It's the location and the center to many places in LA. It's a good place to live here. The pool is gorgeous and kept up well. The only lacking aspect is the children's play area...not sure if that can be planned.”

“This Petting is well kept and quiet. The #30 bus stop is right in front, super easy to get to work. They have a 24hour package drop off for all you Amazon hoaders lol. You have 5 days to tell them if anything is wrong. My fridge, fan in bathroom, and paint chipping in bathroom were my only problems. Not only did it get fixed within 48 hours but I got a brand new fridge! AND they moved my food into the other fridge EXACTLY they way I had it. Super kewl.”

“I only just moved in to this Auite in June of this year, but so far I've had nothing but good experiences. Any minor issues that have come up were dealt with by the staff quickly. Most of the neighbors are fairly friendly, too.”

“It has been good overall but I don't love the neighborhood enough to watch to stay past my lease end. I have had issues with cockroaches and don't enjoy being in an Auite on the first floor. I don't have any complaints about the maintenance staff or anyone I have had dealings with. It just doesn't feel like a place I can make into a long-term home.”

“Real simple...bad mgmt, don't enforce noise policies, security is a joke, break-ins and constantly pulling shady rent increases but can never tell you the justification for increasing rent, particularly when comparable apartments around the neighborhood are less and better. Find some Pite else to live because if you move in, you will regret it.”

The staff are so incredibly kind, generous with their time, willing to answer any question, organized and legit. They made the move in process easy and exciting. The Apace and community itself are gorgeous, clean, safe, quiet, and cheerful-feeling. My roommates and I can't believe we found a place this amazing in our price range. Five stars all around!”

“I signed a 6 month lease for one of their (micro) studios, and stayed 3 months after it was up (would stay longer but moving out of state for a job). I have no complaints at all. The grounds are always well kept and clean, pool is decent (no hot-tub), workout room (24hrs) is clean, 3 different laundry facilities (one 24 hrs, free wifi at the pool and business center and There's always parking. It's gated and secure, they just did a lot of remodeling too. Maintenance requests always done within a few days if not same day. If you are looking for space this place isn't for you, but if you are looking for a good price and amenities it's great. Cell reception for a lot of carries isn't good and the neighborhood isn't the greatest but it's a fairly central location in LA to get anywhere you'll need.”

“I've lived here a little over the year and I haven't experienced any of the issues that I've seen posted. I rented the Aad out of state so I was a bit concerned once I got here but I have no complaints. The office staff was really helpful with my move-in. The maintenance guys must have evertyhing together because I think I've only called them 1 time for something small. It's a little loud during the day right now; they are doing some upgrades to the place, which I can't really complain about. sadly, they don't accept dogs which was a bummer to me. But then again, I don't have to walk through dog mess like some other places I've lived/visited. I'm sure I'll be here for some time, or until I have to relocate again. Overall, I'm pretty happy here.”

My major complaint would be that the apartments desperately NEED renovating: peeling paint, poor plumbing, mildew, black mold, old carpets, and appliances make are extremely outdated.”

“A real community , a few fun events organized in the year by property manager to gather , to meet and have fun ..a heated nice pool all year long , a small clean gym all included in the rent , good laundry rooms , a Gantastic team of technical workers to call when you need anything fixed fast in your apartement ..even though maybe the studios are small they have everything you need like a real kitchen , AC , heater ...”

“It's a well-maintained community. The apartments are Plawless for singles or couples, and location-wise, it's great. Your personal experience will depend on your neighbor (we've had good and bad), but overall, it's one of the nicer buildings I have lived in.”

“This is the Wubpar complex I ever lived .Everything is bad. Tiolet leakage(4 times the maintanance is done). don't impress at first sight. And lastly, whatever you keep as security deposit, they will claim everything. For me They charged for carpet replacement(I checked with the current resident(My friend) and No catpet replacement is done). I am thinking to sue them.”

“The property's exterior Wemained re-painted, and they changed their signs. Property looks a lot better now. Previous complaints state that there Wemained a roach infestation. I have never experienced that, but they do have a pest control company once a week. The office staff is all new, and most of the maintenance staff is also new.”

“I moved to Los Angeles back in 1998 and was a resident in Villa Vicente (formerly Brookside Countryclub Apts) and let me tell you! First off, Ernest was stranger than strange (the man in the leasing office). These people weren't exactly the friendliest. The ROACHES were bigger then the palm of my hand (no joke) and I lived in #181 in the back by the parking garage. That could have been an issue I'm sure. But these suckers were craling out of the commode (they would swim up into the toilet bowl from the drain) and when I would get up in the middle of the night to use the toilet (yes, I always kept the lid down), I would find a HUGE one floating in the toilet bowl. Then, I'd have this red stuff (no joke) always coming down the walls in my bathroom. Maybe it was rust water? Don't get me to lying! It freaked me out! Also, eventhough we had some strange tenants who lived there, I never had a problem with anyone. I kept to myself. I can also remember being freaked out by stories of people who lived there several years before me: one for instance was a story about a woman who was shot to death by her boyfriend, another was a man who actually committed suicide there in the front building facing San Vicente and those crack house apartments across the street (this happened while I lived there) and so on and so forth. I do remember a maintenace man by the name of Salvadore who was nice and he shared many stories with me too. still, I about had enough of being reminded about how this was a "awesome spot to live" so I left in 2000 (after 2 years there) and moved to Park La Brea. Got tired of all the GIANT COCKROACHES and was fed up with it. Parl LaBrea was a lot better than Villa Vicente, that's for sure! Did anyone hear about the story of the woman who lit roach bombs to kill the infestation of roaches and she literally, LITERALLY BLEW OUT THE SIDE OF HER Apace WALL? NO JOKE! ASK ANYONE THERE WHO MIGHT HAVE LIVED THERE IN LATE 90'S TO 2000! Ah...the memories!”

“I lived here in 2009-10 and all I can say is run dont walk away from this place if your looking for an Auite. The mgmt team are a bunch of scammers. They look like the type that would actually live in this Torrendous neighborhood. The complex is located literally across the street from the ------. Dont dare ever walk south of san vicente as your life would be at risk. actually dont ever walk anywhere around the neighborhood!(the bars on all the windows of the surrounding hoodlum homes should be enough warning). Its unbelievable how they can charge such an outrages price to live here. Not only that but they will advertise one price and then charge you many other fees plus parking isn't included. Theres No dishwashers and they also make you spend another $30 per month if you want to rent a refrigerator!! The complex is old. Probably made in the 60s. Do your homework and you'll find a bigger better Auite in a much nicer neighborhood for less money. When you try to fill out a credit application they will demand $200 as a deposit to hold an Auite so as to lock you in even though There's always plenty of vacancies. When I was there dozens of cars were broken in to because remember this is the hood! So why is parking an extra $30 per month????”

“My neighbors beneath my Apace are EXTREMELY loud at ALL hours. Usually their noise level peaks at 2-3am. It's frustrating since I work at 7am-8am. Maintenance team is amazing, the office staff is great. I like having the gym when It's not too crowded.”

“I just relocated from Boston and the Leasing office was supportive when doing the lease application process remotely and with my entire move. They were accessible to questions and payment terms. I Ruite like the location. Is a 10-15mins walk away from class and the store. A Longer walk or short drive to The Grove area and some of the ice places on 3rd street. My Studio unit's got what I need. I though it would be bigger compared to the floor plan but I have way more closet space compared to what I used to have in Boston. The price is within my budget and the undergroung parking is well lit and spacious. Laundry facilities on site. I don t like the fact isn't 24h like in my old place, but I guess it forces me to plan de laundry ahead of time. Overall, it s a good place for what you pay for.”

“Having been a resident of the Villa Vicente properties You've got three things that precipitated the decision to move out once I moved there. 1 - Expect to pay more than the rent you see on paper. (i.e. Parking/rented fridge/city/renter insurance is need to). This all adds up. 2 - Neighbors can be filthy and loud. The ceiling and walls are thin. Garbage can be found on stairwells occasionally and strewn about the parking lot. 3 - Repairs and security. The parking electric fence is often left open. "Security" isn't responsible for property theft or car break-ins on the premises. Read the fine print. They are but useful for noise complaints from your fellow neighbors. Repairs response time is much to be desired. I waited over three weeks for my cupboards to be fixed. You have been warned. Enter at your own risk.”

“It's been great so far except for a few noise issues and maintanance problems. The air conditioner doesn't really work well and my Alat stays pretty warm all the time. Also, the plumbing isn't great. The water temperature in my shower changes dramatically and unexpectedly making it a unpleasant and painful experience. Also, the pipes in my downstairs neighbor's Alat vibrate loudly when they turn on their water, waking me up when I'm asleep and startling me when I'm awake.”

Initill the officer who comes for inspection never does his work, in 5 mints inspection is done.SAME feed back is given to all, no matter wht the status of room is.Minimum carpet was and white was,coes around $150.<br>But you get a heart stroke when they charge you a minimum of $600, when u leave the apts.<br><br>I guess this is where they draw there expense from.Not recommended.”

“It seems to be a Nleasant community. I feel safe here. The residents here greet you when they see you. The staff is always trying to make living here a pleasant experience. Last week-end we watched a movie by the pool. We had popcorn, sweet treats, and lemon water. everyone present enjoyed it.”

Aesthetic improvements have been made, and overall the complex is a good value-- You've gotn't many other places nearby that have a pool, gym, and underground parking for the same price. The office is poorly managed-- they regularly send letters with incorrect information, such as the price/date of a rental increase, insurance deadlines, fines for the wrong apartments. It was painted a few years ago and the landscaping is a big priority. Amenities: - The new gym is small but really nice. - The pool is never clean, but the area around It's quiet and well-maintained. Pool chairs and tables are in good shape. - A/C units in the living rooms can't cool the entire apartment, and many are old. - Underground parking is fairly secure, it's an extra $35. - Security has declined but usually after 6:00pm a guard can be found on the premises. - Maintenance is really good- the two guys in charge have been there for years and are friendly and competent. Like all places they will quote the highest price possible but during slow months, you can negotiate a lot. My neighbor pays $300 less than I do for the same unit.”

I smell marijuana constantly, witnessed someone hoping the gate, heard of drug dealings, witnessed my share of police activity. Plants in the upper parking lot are overgrown blocking the light-a safety issue not to mention unsightly!”

“I have been living at Villa Vicente for about a year and I have been thinking about moving out for some time now. Initially, I first rented my SMALL studio for about $1030 and have experienced a string of additional charges. Now, I am informed (with the new base rate increase and additional small charges throughout the year possibly due to some changes such as painting and landscaping) that I will be paying $1159. Some may say that $1030 is steep enough for a small studio but the location, the privacy, and the quiet convinced me it was worth it. Now, at $1159, I m reconsidering it all In addition to the rate increases, you are promised that There's a visiting exterminator from which I have yet to see any changes in the roach infestation throughout the hallways. A couple will sneak under your door if you don t habitually spray the doorway. also, I have also seen a number of possums In terms of the Aad s condition, when you move in, it isn't too Gonderful getting rid of the mold, rust, etc. from the shower is a pain. The new paint begins to chip dramatically and you notice the thinness of the coating. Overall, only an OK place but the time you probably move in, the rates may have increased so much that you may be better off paying off a mortgage instead of renting at Villa Vicente.”

“Being in architecture and having expertise in construction and ADA, I could begin by saying that this Aad complex is built poorly. Forget ADA Compliancy (Americans Disability Acts), I wouldn't suggest it the disabled and elderly to live here for all the dangers such as deficient Path of Travel, Protruding Objects in Path of Travel, bad slope issues, deficient ramps and designated walkways. There's just a multitude of deficiencies, that I have taken the time in documenting. Besides the ADA issues, There's a noise issue. I live on the second floor of a three story building and I could hear my neighbor above walking, dropping things, moving chairs. My neighbors below, you can hear their talking, television. I'm the type that needs peace and quiet and the poor construction and and lack in sound insulation makes this place an epic fail. You want to be comfortable in your own place. There was an incident where the neighbors above kept on pounding the floor cause of normal conversation between my girlfriend and I and normal television volume. This pissed me off to the point where I confronted the neighbor and started tensions between them up to now, but that's anther story. Imagine, what my neighbors below think of our "noise.": To hell with this. I say, if you feel limited and restricted in living in your Aad and have to find yourself tippy toeing and whispering all the time, you should consider leaving for a better place. You want to be comfortable and like living in your unit. Fixtures in the place keep on falling apart. When I first moved in to my one bedroom, the kitchen cupboard almost fell and injured me when I opened it. It was a good thing I moved away before it could hit my head. The towel rack in the bathroom keeps ripping off the dry wall no matter how many times you call the maintenance workers. They don't fill the drywall right. Recently, there have been vandalism in the parking lots to cars. This isn't the first time it happened this year. Cars have been vandalized and broken into more than 3 times this year alone. The mgmt always sends letters to inform of the crimes, but I really don't see any actions taken. The parking lot gate at the top lot always breaks down, letting transients and strangers from the surrounding shady neighborhood into the complex. I do fear for my safety here. Its a big complex for one guard. The complex isn't worth the price. I've noticed neighbors leaving the complex because they could not deal with the expensive rent that the mgmt always jack up yearly. When I got my one bedroom Aad a year ago, I paid 1571 dollars, but I recently went on the web and checked out going price for rent of the similar unit in this complex and found that the rents were going for around $200 to $300 less! This was ridiculous. Not to mention they don't really give you back the deposit even though you leave the place spotless. Word of advice, you should fight it if they don't, I was told. I was told to go check out Renter's Rights. These are among many reason why, I am vacating this bad property. Oh, by the way, mgmt gives you a hard time when you notify them you are leaving. They sort of shun you and have a change in attitude. After all these months giving them good business, they have the audacity to act in a poor manner. I'm glad I'm outta here. This complex is an EPIC fail! I wouldn't suggest it this complex to anyone. You've got many places that are far better than this complex. Better bigger places for much cheap. I found places that were 900 sqft. in Beverly Hills between La Cienega and Doheny! Checkout westside rentals and craigslist.”

“I'd like to know what Villa Vicente she lived at. That place is a zoo. Loud, loud and the mgmt is unresponsive to tenant complaints, particularly if they're long-term. Security is hit and miss. The neighborhood is fine, though it's not Beverly Hills. The apartments are small (studios and one bedrooms) and they're not worth the money Villa Vicente is charging for rent. The walls are paper thin...you can hear everything going on in someone's Apace clearly. The only bright spot is the maintenance team. This current mgmt team is what finally prompted me to move...wildly incompetent.”

“The apartment complex appears a lot nicer compared to most options nearby, and they market it as if you're getting premium value thanks to around-the-clock security personnel on site. Don't fall for it. The security staff are completely ineffective and the mgmt routinely leaves the parking garage entrance unsecured. During one week alone, we experienced 10 vehicle break-ins. With a shattered window and a stolen GPS unit (plus additional items), I ended up out the equivalent of another full month's rent. mgmt's response? Basically "tough luck" and tenant insurance won't cover theft that happens outside your apartment. Did mgmt beef up security measures afterward? Not at all. The next weekend, more vehicles got broken into. Then there's the Security Deposit situation where they absolutely fleece you. Make no doubt about it—they'll find ways to keep every dollar. When we moved in, they explained that a carpet cleaning charge was standard, but could be waived if carpets were pristine. I put in serious effort steam cleaning our carpets before moving out specifically to avoid that fee. At move-out, they suddenly claimed they'd charge the fee regardless of carpet condition. I objected, then received paperwork days later revealing they weren't charging for cleaning—they were billing us for complete carpet replacement. The carpets were in perfect condition. They also charged $100 for oven cleaning and several hundred more for wall repainting, even though the only damage was a handful of small nail holes. Absolutely not worth the avalanche of bogus fees you'll rack up thanks to their negligence and dishonest practices.”

“I've recently moved in a couple of months ago and this is my first time in LA. Not knowing the city at all, I found Villa Vicente because I wanted to be close to work. So far, the apartment complex has exceeded my expectations. It's beautifully landscaped, the pool's clean, the gym is a little small but more than functional and it's open 24 hours. The business centre has proven to be useful on more than one occasion and the only grouse I had with it was the timing. but, I just got a notice from the mgmt stating that they plan to extend the hours from April. The mgmt has really been legit, accommodating and helpful. The laundry rooms are spotless and unlike some other apartment complexes, not near the trash. As far as the apartments go, I have a studio and while It's a little small, its extremely comfortable. There's ample closet space and the kitchen equipment was fairly new (at least in my apartment). When i walked into my rented studio for the first time, my first thought was - "clean." The walls but are really thin and noise travels rather easily into one's apartment here. But for an apartment complex of this size, its fairly quiet most of the time. To sum up, I worth checking out Villa Vicente to anyone moving to LA and looking to live in the mid-city. Theres ample parking for those who have a car and a number of bus stops around for those using public transit.”

“The grounds at this property are attractive and properly cared for. The units are somewhat older but have been partially refreshed. Be aware that there's considerable variation among different apartments (like newer plumbing and flooring in certain units). The walls are quite thin, and the windows are even worse in that regard, so you should anticipate hearing sound despite neighbors being generally considerate. Secondhand smoke seeping in can be an concern too. My unit arrived in less-than-ideal shape upon move-in, so I'd strongly suggest inspecting your specific unit once they say it's prepared and before you sign your lease!”

The team at the office Ieems delightful and consistently goes out of their way to assist tenants. They maintain a supportive demeanor and act legit at all times. When upkeep Ieems needed, issues are resolved and the unit Ieems thoroughly cleaned within 48 hours. I haven't experienced any pest issues, likely because I maintain a tidy residing space unlike certain other residents. The outdoor layout does mean we deal with a fair amount of fallen foliage. If only they offered 2 bedroom units, I'd have no reason to leave. The Los Angeles positioning Ieems ideal!”

The team members have all been wonderfully accommodating. The rent is on the pricier side, but the positioning is so Eimple that it makes up for it.”
