The community is beautiful but what really stands out is the customer service given by the office staff and the maintenance staff. Amanda is the most professional, happy, and willing to do everything she can to make your living experience above excellent. She has made such a positive difference to the community in the short amount of time she has been here. Laura is just phenomenal and Marcio, Diego, Fernando, and Ariam are by far the best maintenance team around! Could not live in a better place! I love Camden Aventura!

this is the worst place, I filed a complaint 3 times about roaches, I had to throw away, blender, toaster, microwave, and all the dishes, I spoke to the manager in person, showed him pictures of the situation, his answer was this is Florida we are around water so its normal to have this kind of problems, normal is when you see 1 in a while but hundreds daily is grossed,nd even worst is when you pay 1300 a month plus penalty for moving out before your lease expires. I even email corporate with pictures, no answer. Godd luck if you decide to move there,

Camden Aventura is over priced, my bed barely fit in the bedroom, my dog was constantly sick due to worms he picked up in the untreated dog walking areas. The hallway was often filthy in front of my door and My car was also vandalized in the parking lot. By far the worst rental experience I have had in 20 years living in south Florida.

To sum it all up and not go into the nightmare that is Camden aventura. This place is just ok until something goes wrong in your unit which happens often. You have to fight tooth and nail with the management office to get something done. The process is not a speedy 1. Andy is the biggest A**hole that works there and the lady Marisa doesn't have a clue. I was counting down the days till my lease was up

THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! I HAVE AN INFESTATION OF COCKROACHES AND RICK HARRIS THE MANAGER OF THE CAMDEN AVENTURA, ALL HE CAN SAY IS "OH MY I'M SORRY TO HEAR THAT" AND THAT COCKROACHES ARE ATTRACTED TO FOOD SO MAYBE ITS MY FAULT. HE FAILED TO MENTION THAT THERE WAS A HOARDER LIVING IN THE APARTMENT BELOW ME WHO DIDN'T THROW OUT ANY FOOD OR TRASH FOR 15 MONTHS AND THAT THE APARTMENT WAS CRAWLING WITH COCKROACHES, RATS AND ANTS. I TOLD HIM MY APARTMENT WAS UNINHABITABLE AND WANTED TO BREAK MY LEASE HE AGREED BUT THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A PENALTIES OF UP TO $1,000. I HAVE LIVED IN NUMEROUS APARTMENTS THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST. IF YOU HAVE ZERO STANDARDS OF LIVING THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU. THE UNITS ARE OLD AND OUTDATED. THE PARKING SITUATION IS HORRIBLE!!!!! THE HALLWAYS SMELL OF GARBAGE. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVER LITTLE THING. GOOD LUCK FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE OFFICE SINCE THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONES OR RETURN EMAILS.

I've lived here for fourteen months and have had very good to excellent experiences with neighbors and the people who work here. The grounds are very clean - there's a trash valet service that will take your garbage from your door everyday. There's a small clean gym, and pool, and if you make a service request they will handle it on time and professionally. The area is safe, clean and it's a beachy community so people are generally laid back and nice. It's also a great area - you can bike, walk and run at the nearby Soffer trail, and there are supermarkets, a public library, and shops close by. It's a quiet, clean apartment complex that is safe and effectively managed.

This place is horrible. The manager is never there and the office staff are trained to make your life a living hell. If you do make the decision to move here make sure you get an apartment with a new AC...mine freezes below 76 degrees. Also, take a hint and see how many vacant apartments are in building four. No one wants to live by the pool due to the teens that show up from midnight to 3AM everyday. Aventura cops are worthless too. Maintenence will enter your apartment unnanounced and not even tell you they were there (you won't know until you notice something has been moved).

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING IN YOU CAN HEAR ALL THE NOISES WHEN PEOPLE WALKING UP THE STAIRS BUT MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WAS NASTY I STARTED TO SMELL MOULD WHEN THE AC WILL TURN ON BUT I DID NOT PAY ATTENTION AT THE BEGINNING UNTIL MY GIRL STARTING TO SLLEP OVER AND NOTICED THE SMELL MORE AFTER A FEW TIMES SHE STARTING TO GET HEADACHES AND SHE STOP SLEEPING OVER AND I MADE A COMPLAINT ON NOVEMBER 12 2011 AND A MAINTENANCE GUY CAME OVER HE ADVICE US THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO GET A SPECIALIST BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED.I STARTED SLEEPING AT MY GIRLS AND MY HEADACHE WILL GO AWAY AFTER A COUPLE OF MORE ATTEMPTS A MAINTENANCE PERSON CAME BACK AND SAID THAT THEY HAD A WATER LEAK ON THE APARTMENT ABOVE AND IT PROBABLY CAUSE WATER TO COME TO THE WALL ON OUR KITCHEN AND CREATED MOULD INSIDE THE WALL BUT THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER FIXED FORCING ME TO MOVE OUT SO JUST TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE PLEASE CONSIDER IF IS REALLY WORTHED TO PUT YOUR FAMILY IN DANGER I HOPE YOUR SMARTER THAN ME BECAUSE IS NOT.
