Overall, the experience has been good. They have been quick to fix any issues with my individual unit. However, there has been ongoing issues with the elevators since I've moved in. The issues doesn't affect me tremendously as I live on 3rd floor, have my car parked on the 3rd floor, and typically choose to take the stairs anyway. There's nice community events monthly. The staff is mostly quick to solve any issues or answer questions. The only thing I can really complain about is the package delivery service. The apartment complex doesn't have package concierge, so they outsource to Fetch, and Fetch is very inconvenient and often loses packages. It's required that we pay about $30/month for Fetch and I really wish they would just collect the $30/month themselves and just pay someone to run a package concierge in the building to avoid dealing with Fetch.

Its nice building but do to badly management place is dirty, not very well kept, rugs in the hallways disgusting, call box is broken last 3 weeks management not interested in fixing, amazon packages stollen daily

The communication is not good. I've emailed and called, left voicemails to speak to management and nothing back. Months without a callbox. Communication is horrible. No help at all. No notices!!!!!!!

It's gone downhill since it first opened. property management team is constantly changed. More interested in signing new leases than in resident retention. Very poorly maintained and very noisy. Interior finish selection is low grade.

I recently moved into Altis Little Havana Apartments, and I am thrilled with my choice! The management team has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my move-in process seamless. The building is well-maintained, with great amenities. Overall, I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home!

The leasing agent was not accurately informed of the building and i ended up with a unit guaranteed to have a bathtub - which does not. Aside from that, front desk should be monitored 24/7. It is difficult for deliveries.

My experience has been mostly positive, with a few complaints. The building is new and I enjoy the apartment and the amenities. However, when I first moved in, the elevators kept breaking. The hot tub is often not hot. It can be incredibly difficult to get in touch with management by phone. I also wish there was a doorman 24/7 to ensure that no one from outside the community is entering the building.

THe community needs a better appearance and needs to improve all the equipments in the social room as well as the pool area. Broken video arcade and the pool table is missing parts. Also, the parking situation is a problem here and we have had no support from the managers.

Parking garage is tiny, prepare to hit corners. Dogs constantly peeing on elevators, in hallways and are off-leash. Living room space doesn't exist. Women in the office are very helpful and sweet. The men, not so much. Luxury prices are being charged but very minimum luxuries. NO FREE-GUEST PARKING.

Truly words cannot describe my gratitude for the amazing maintenance staff in our building. They are not only the most genuine and kind crew, they went above and beyond the scope of their service to make sure I was taken cared of. I am extremely fortunate to have been responded to in a timely manner and with the utmost professionalism. Thank you!
