I was there like 2 months ago doing a tour because I wanted to move to brickell. The building looked pretty amazing. The amenities were huge and looked very comfy. It had a great experience there, the staff in general was very nice with me and my husband but I want to thank the maintenance guy Pedro Acosta, he was so nice and calm with us and explained a lot of things for us related to the building.

I had a great time living here with my family. The building is so modern, the amenities are very nice and my kids were the always at the pool, they really loved here. The maintenance staff is really attentive and they really know what they are doing. They are well guided by the supervisor Pedro. He is really nice with everyone and he was always willing to help at any time. The office team is really nice too. We really loved this building and I really recommend it.

Good thanks. I dont have too many comments here all is fine. I requested a work order and it was completed timely and properly. Everything I needed fixed was taken care of and they left the unit clean.

Fair. Elevators have been a constant issue. Residents are not held to community rules regarding cleaning up after pets or leash laws. Otherwise facility common areas are maintained nicely. I had to have my unit professionally cleaned as it was turned over to me fairly dirty

This is Nathalie from 1805 just wanted to say in few words how wonderful the team from maintenance is , been here since building opened for the first time and Pedro the manager from maintenance s so professional and wonderful always assisting me with my apartment needs in a proper matter time , we should be very grateful that we have an amazing maintenance manager and team ??as well as the office team , it’s a pleasure to share this with tenants and future tenants .
