I found my extensive stay here to be great. The manager seemed to know how to fix any problem I may have had (which was not often). For the money, I don´t think I could´ve been at a better place! This is a good choice for affordable living.

I have lived in 8D for 5 years and am finally escaping. The building is going down to slum level. Over priced and services are no longer here. <br> <br>Weekly fire alarms, management would not repair the hot water for 2 weeks until the city forced them to repair it in 4 hours. <br> <br>Don´t move here if you want to keep your sanity.

The building is a waste of money. The only thing the manager knows how to do is cash a rent check. Nothing gets fixed and no one answers the phone and they won´t call you back if you have a problem.

This place has gone down hill in a hurry. Once a place full of mid to upper middle class residents, now a low income family rental dump. Cant take your trash out after 6 p.m. AC rarely works. Elevators rarely work. Fire alams constantly go off. Front desk personal have no idea what to do when there is actually a fire in the building. Once was told there was no fire and low and behold I had to be rescued by the fire department. This place sucks, it´s not worth the trouble to live here. Save your money and look elsewhere. If you get stuck living here, don´t deal with the manager, he has no clue on what´s going on. They should tear the building down and start over.....

There were about 15 or so fires in the trash chute while I lived there, and sprinklers damaged my apartment and nothing was done (check out the miami beach fire dept. to see how many times they go out there). Then they withheld my $1500 security deposit without telling me within 30 days. This is totally illegal, but there is not much one can do--except tell everyone to stay away from this building. The parking on the street is terrible, cars are always getting broken into, and the noise from the street is horrendous! There are always bugs and pool is always closed for renovation bc the deck is falling apart.
