The place looks nice when you visit it, the apartment are quiet and if you live in the bayside, you have a nice view and quiet nights. But the more you live there and the more you discover. The Ac got broken, first for 2 months it a was a bit hot but ok, then instead of doing something, they waited until it brock completely and we had to stay more than 2 weeks without AC at all in the month of June....is it normal ?? No and after they want the owner to pay all the charges.... the managment of the building is bad, not nice, rude, slow and when you see the inside of the building, you see that they don't take care of anything and neglect everything. and now the new thing is they rent a part of the swimming pool area for party, and if you live on this side, you have to listen at the loud music people put, even with the closed window (if you call the security, they tell you that people have paid for that and you have nothing to say) So the buiding is making money and not taking care of the people living there. the more I stay here and the more I hate it. At first I really liked it, but the managment is so bad they make people feeling not at home, so if you find for the same price something else, take it and don't go to aqausol.

The parking situation is a disaster, oftentimes guests are turned away because of lack of parking. Security doesn´t exist. The hallways are dark, dank and smell bad. Requested and vitally needed repairs are ignored. The building was recently converted to a condo and has been renamed "Aqua Sol". The apts are overpriced even for insiders. Although the building appears to be going through a renovation, it is only cosmetic. Systems are not being upgraded (i.e., plumbing, electrical, etc.) and all are badly in need of upgrading due to age and neglect. Mold has appeared due to neglected water leaks, and an environmental investigation is recommended.

The staff is rude... if you can even understand them. They discriminated against anyone who´s not Latin. The maintenance staff is annoying... they spend more time in the halls bugging residents trying to make small talk than they do fixing or cleaning anything. The pool is disgusting... it needs to be emptied and cleaned-- it´s like a big luke-warm bathtub that never gets drained. The neighbors are rude and loud. Either they´re very old people who can´t hear so they have their music up all the time or foreigners who have no respect for other people´s rights. One of my neighbors had 4 people living in a one bedroom apartment and always had LOUD music pumping at ALL hours. The "security" people wouldn´t ask them to turn it down even though you could hear it all up and down the hall AND in all areas of my apartment. The parking situation is ridiculous. There are valets who park other people´s cars in resident´s assigned spaces and they can´t speak English, so if you´re not a Spanish speaker you can´t get the car moved. This place is RIDICULOUS!! I pay $1200 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment, and an extra 40 for the parking spot I rarely have available due to the idiotic staff. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! DON´T COME HERE!

On the surface it appeared nice with a good view of the bay and the city and recently renovated common areas it has been horrible. When I moved in the air in my apartment took 3 weeks to get fixed despite my frequent calls-it was hot!! The apartment itself was not finished even though I was renting a renovated apartment. My windsurfer was stored in a locked space only the staff could access-of course they stole it and the managment acted dumb. The building is noisey with rude, slobbish neighbors. A new managment company was brought in that changed all the arrangments with respect to parking, storage spaces, boat slips-as in they started charing for the items that had been included in the rent. Oh, also some mornings there is no hot water and security is very lax with unlocked entry doors and no one at the desk the norm.
