Great service, great staff, what can we say, the rental process was smooth and easy, upon arriving at the rental office they greet you with a smile and friendly atmosphere, willing to help always, I'm glad we choose advenir at ludlam trail.

Comunidad muy limpia y acogedora. Muy tranquila. Solo acotar que nos parece caro el servicio d alquiler teniendo en cuenta que no cuenta con poscina ni gimnasio, ni lugar para ni?os y carece q medidas d seguridad para entrar al mismo.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena me gust? mucho el apartamento muy acogedor todo muy lumpio muy tranquilo muy buena las atenciones se encuentra en un buen lugar todo pintado el c?sped bien cortado muy buena administraci?n

Nos gust? mucho la comunidad, lo c?ntrica y acogedor el lugar, ya que en ese mismo sito hubo una zona de trailer, al llegar al pa?s en el 2017 nos compramos uno y al a?o siguiente venden el terreno para hacer esta nueva construcci?n, sin pensar que a?os posteriores volver?amos a nuestro lugar que tuvimos hace a?os atr?s. Muy feliz.

The leasing agent was great and the community is nice. But the unit that I saw had some minor issues that I did not like. Hopefully they will address it and it one the reason on why I have not made a decision

Muy acogedores lindos y nuevos apartamentos cerca d escuelas ,carreteras principales y centros comerciales .La administraci?n muy atenta y agradable a la hora d atender a los inquilinos.Hay algunas cosas por mejorar pero por lo general se los recomiendo.

Happy experience so far, very safe and quiet place. The staff is great, Daniela and Cristina are wonderful managers. I will highly recommend this community, it is a great opportunity to rent. Schools near by are great.
