The community is getting worst. The staff at office right now does not care about the residents. All the fees are increasing but the service is getting worse. There's no security in our community. I hope you guys get better.

It has been a wonderful community. The environment isostly clean. And the community is safe and close to a lot of amenities and resources as well as FIU. Maintenance team is helpful and staff os courteous

After that, my husband and me continu? living here because is a nice place to live and are very close to supermarkets, Pharmacy gas station, bus station and many services to make simple living here

Location is ideal for avoiding traffic, staff is very friendly, maintenance is quick to respond, and if community rule violations occur, the staff is prompt to send out notifications to residents to correct it.
