In general I would not recommend this apartment complex.

The general upkeep of the apartment (especially halls and walkways) is poor -- it is badly in need of new carpet/tile and paint. The people in the rental office occasionally give conflicting information and the strict enforcement of a yearly lease and lack of a month by month, 6 month lease etc. does not allow flexibility in moving due to job/residency transfers.

Other problems include the lack of recycling, malfunctional w/d and expensive parking, and high noise level (from the outside and neighbors due to poor insulation.

The only good commment is that it is in walking distance of U. Miami and Jackson, and there is reliable monthly pest service.

This apt complex is not very pleasing to the eye. Cleaning of common areas is not adequate and haphazardly done. The upkeep of the building is poor and given that it is a multipurpose building that houses medical offices also, one would think a clean importance would be important to management.

Apt conditions vary widely from one apartment to the other, depending partially on the cleanliness of the renter.

Most residents show little pride in the building and drag trash and bicycles along carpeted hallways, just making things worse.

It is bad enough to be trapped in an urban setting, but when hallways, lobbies, laundry room are so poorly kept, it just adds to the drudgery of the environment.
