Always clean. Staff are professionals and always willing to help. However, the mail room needs to have a better organization. All boxes are simply placed anywhere and it takes a while to find your own boxes.

The move in process went smoothly. The leasing agents were very welcoming. One of the elevators was reserved for me to use during my move and they loaned me a cart (like the ones used a hotels) so I didn't have to make so many trips.

I think it's a great building overall, however there should be security guards who speak English. It's frustrating when you can't communicate with them. Some of the guards are pretty rude and I told Sara who works there but she never got back to me when she said she would.

Excelente lugar para vivir, recomendado 100% para estar c?modos y tranquilos en familia.. Excelente zonas comunas, excelente el espacio para vivir.. La parte administrativa muy atentos y responsables al momento de solucionar y dar respuesta a los problemas.

Everything has been great regarding the move in. Great and clear communication with Edgar, one of the leasing agents. I was able to have everything organized prior to arriving. Really grateful for the way everything had been handled this far.

My experience here was very good service. In over all very convenient to get to places with the transportation near by buses and metro trail station. Groceries stores near by and shops around this area.

Nice, new and clean community. Very close to metro, hospitals, and grocery stores. Very convenient to all major traffic arteries. Building has great amenities and is always improving. Would highly recommend

Excelente, me encanto. No me gusto la distribuci?n del apartamento. Pero me encanta la cocina, el ba?o. El color de la cocina es delicado y sofisticado, tiene muchos compartimentos. Y ne encant? el ambiente y el trato de los empleados

The apartment is cute, maybe a little bit expensive for a small place, and we would've liked to do the check-list that you mention before in the survey for the things in the apartment, but no one mention that to us, beside that everything is going great at this moment, the community is smelling good always and that's nice.

I am so glad I moved to this community. The apartment and the building as a whole are immaculate. The appliances and amenities are also so good. The staff is very nice, efficient and helpful. The people who live in the building are calm and respectful. It is a perfect place to live.
