There is the must disgusting smell inside the lobby the elevators are dirty as can be. I'm always visiting my family in there and I feel ashamed whenever I bring someone with me because the building is dirty and smells bad even on the hallways. The management should do something

The manager, Yaniri and the maintenance team at Congress building are the best blessing I have ever got as living experience at apartments over the course of 2 decades. Yaniri is so welcoming, friendly and always quick in response, which is the most important part. Ever since I moved here I feel secure and at home away from home. Neighbors are tranquil and nice overall.

The lady named Mrs Angela was very very racist towards ------ ask her a question she gave me the most rudest response ever the place was very old smelled very old and the Lady Mrs Angela the property manager I do not know how long that place is going to last because I work at Viscayne management and and the people in the management office is very very polite and very helpful Mrs Angela was not there at all that was the worst experience I ever been through I can't believe that people still do not like ------ out here is sad because we work and live beyond each other or customer service if you are not Mrs. Angela the property manager Kinda you will not be able to speak with her at all the minute I walked in the door she gave me a look as if I disgusted her wow and then told me to sit over there and wait for her because she's busy

I really love this place (down town miami) it's like my home for a living.Back in 2003 I used to live here with Miss Catherine Ramirez for about at least a year. It was so nice and kind leaving with her before.She such a great person, have a good heart and spirituality.

I've lived here for 3 years today. Angela Ruiz (Current Manager) is Super Nice and attentive to all my needs. (Although I try not to bother much) Rent prices are pretty cheap. Must have a clean criminal record and fair credit score to live there. The lobby is always clean and maintenance staff is nice. You will not find a cheaper place in Downtown Miami, Unless you go to the 4 story building around the corner which seems very scary and is falling apart. SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED
