This building is beatiful, BUT the association is the WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .... apparently they dont have anything to do during the week so they watch you on camara and leave you notices .... cant have a pet so they force you to give it away or you pay a penalty of 1000 for each day of notice then to court... the gym is until 10:00 pm and you better get out or they kick you out ... every two saturday or so the building has a fire drill 4:00 am ...and force you to get out of the building down the stairs 40 flights for an hour on a saturday..just to get u prepared!!!. If u r locked out, although they have a spare key, they call a locksmith for u and u have to wait for an hour and pay 180 dollars for him to crack ur door while they watch. the vallet service take foever, scratch ur car and make ur guests pay 40 dollars per stay. elevators are slow jacuzzii is always broken. no party room or the one they have sucks. fpl bills are over 200 dollars as the apartment are not energy efficient. only owners can have a pet and they have to pay 500 dollars and register the pet and get vaccination from the building. if you have a bicycle they will throw it away if it is not registered. The enterance to the building is always being maintained and the roads are all closed. U have to use alternative roads to get into the building and u r forced to use a certain enterance where u bump ur tires every time u go in. There is constant noises in the building form construction or drilling u cant sleep. Overall nice apartments..good view ...nice location. But the association makes ur life miserable that u just want to leave!
