The people at the management office are on power trip especially that the property manager who will bully you, talk to you in a condescending voice like she owns the building. She will keep you waiting for days just to see her. You will ask her to resolve an issue and she will only make the problem worse for you. She is a bully and will harass you with everything she got, even if you have nothing to do with the problem. Few aparments has nice view, but once you live in them, you notice the ------ and patchy work, and poor workmanship. The front desk people are constantly changing too. Overall, a lack of professionalism towards the residents and a total lack of concern for their confort and concern.

I live on the Loft side and rent, it is very centrally located and I can tell you that its been an absolute joy to live here. The Staff has always been respectful, polite, and courteous. The park is great to walk my dog and I've always felt safe here. The amenities are always mantained and the grounds are really clean.

From the outside, this building looks like it has potential. Once you live here, you realize how ridiculous and poorly run this building is. The building isn't safe, either. If you own a dog... forget about it.

I subleased a two bedroom condo at Cite from Sept 2007-May 2008. I was on the 10th floor and had an unobstructed view of Biscayne Bay. I had absolutely no problems while living at Cite. My apartment was extrememly quiet, the view was absolutely gorgeous, the condo was very clean and very secure - to park my car there was a gate, a security guard to check my parking sticker, AND another gate with a key fob to enter. Every door locked behind you, needed the key fob to be opened and had cameras. There was an amazing park for nice walks along the bay, as well as a nice dog park. The condo was animal friendly. All staff and security were super nice. The building was in a nice area with shopping, groceries, fast food, etc within a mile or so. A few miles away is the Bayshore outdoor mall and the downtown area. Overall, I couldn't have been happier living at Cite and would recommend it to anyone.

I have rented at Cite for a year and the only complaint ive had is that the hallway smells for some odd reason every once in a while. I think its when they dont empty the trash in time. Im sure this problem is solely on the loft side, where I reside. The walls are a bit thin but nothing you cant handle. The pool is gorgeous, the gym is big enough to do a full workout when its not packed. Everyone here for the most part is young, and HOT ;) as far as mangement goes, ive had no trouble and they are constantly adding new things to the building. Projects undertaken are done FAST, when they say they are doing something, its done on the date they specify.Security is unmatched. There are several guards roaming the building 24 hours and dont even get me started on how many cameras are in your face in every public corner of the building(theres about 100! you can see them at the front desk). Suffice to say its 100% safe on the grounds. Its a busy building in a busy area for a younger crowd. A good place to live.

Welcome to Cite', where the Board (more specifically, the Board President) will treat you, the owner, as the enemy. Their self serving arrogance ceases to be amusing once you live with it. The rules don't apply to them....just try to ask the president to turn down his music which blares almost every night. The condo management consists of two incompetent puppets of the board that sit behind a LOCKED door and also treat the owners as the enemy. Their disconnect from reality is only surpassed by their amazing ability to spend a day on the job, leave early, and accomplish nothing. The excuses for their ineffectiveness are legendary. The condo association is in constant warfare with the developer, who managed to construct a marginal facility with sub-standard under the watchful eye of inspectors who turned the other way. Every major system is deficient. Plumbing problems are the most prevalent. Bids are not solicited for many jobs, and poor job performance by contractors is rewarded with more jobs. The list is endless. Welcome to Cite.

I am currently renting at Cite from an owner and the management staff here is a nightmare. First, there is the girl at the front desk during the weekday who is out to make your life miserable. She "misplaces" your packages, is rude, and will ruin your day if she can. Then there's the management staff who sits around and does nothing except watch to see if you violate any condo association rules so they can fine you. Lastly, is the "board" where the current president blasts his latin party music all hours of the night, almost every night. You can't complain about the noise either because the security downstairs will tell you they can't tell him what to do "because of his position in the building." Parking is a nightmare because people drive through the garage at 40 mph and will run you over if they can. You have to use a stupid FOB key to get in and out of the garage even though they could minimize the effort by just closing the garage doors 24/7 and allowing people who have parking spots to have garage openers instead. Stay away from owning or renting from this building.
